Wolf sat in the somewhat small tub enjoying the hot water, but mostly putting off the training he had to teach today. He let his mind wander back to when he first showed up, he couldn't remember anything, no one there knew him but that didn't stop them from helping him. From what people told him it had looked like he had been in some kind of fight he was losing a lot of blood when he stumbled into town. They managed to save his life when he woke up they asked him questions he couldn't answer any of, they waited to see if he could remember anything the days went on nothing returned to him. One of the women that came in to change his bandages named him Wolf some reason he reminded her of one the name stuck. Over time he gained other ones White Wolf, Snow Wolf, Winter and some not so nice ones. Asshole, Bastard, Murderer.
He was suddenly pulled from his thoughts when his hot water suddenly turned cold causing him to get out of the water rather quickly. "Good your up now you can start the training." came the voice of a redheaded woman who was sitting at a vanity messing with her hair. "There are better ways of getting me up then turning my water cold." he grabbed a towel wrapping it around himself as he walked over to his lover "But not nearly as fun." she got out before he kissed her that she ended a few seconds later before pushing him away "You wasted enough time." he sighed before getting dressed and leaving heading for the training field where his students were waiting for him for some time now.

You never realized how many roads and paths there are in all the realms until you've run run down them all, and that was exactly what Midori had done. Her search, which had been going on for weeks, had turned up nothing. Every town, city, and settlement she had searched, sometimes asking strangers what they knew, but mostly going among them unseen, knowing it would be easier and faster that way. By now she was starting to give up hope that Jessie had not played by the rules at all, that she had lied and James was somewhere she would never find or was something not entirely human. Hell, the woman could have him chained inside her closet.
Her running brought the goddess to the town Wolf was in; a small, seemingly out of the way place that she had not been aware of existing. Being the god of travelers, the road leading to such a settlement Midori had known about, but the actual destination had been a mystery. Seeing a group of fighters training, she watched them for a while before something about one of them, the teacher, caught her eye. Something about how he moved was vaguely familiar, and though he moved well with a sword, it didn't seem to fully move with his body. He treated it as a weapon, not an extension of his body. But then… the white haired man did a series of movements that were not meant for the type of sword he carried, and, he became momentarily hung up on his positioning; his footwork having been a half second slower than it should have been. It was exactly where James would mess up time and again when she taught him that very sword technique.
Changing her appearance to not seem so outlandish and godly, Midori equipped herself with her husband's shield and walked towards the group, making herself known. "Excuse me, I'm wondering if any of you would be so kind as to help me. I'm looking for someone. A man who would have appeared here or nearby not to long ago. He might have been confused or not have any memory of his past. Has anyone likes this recently come here?" she asked, but already guessing her answer.

Even Wolf still had things to learn himself, that's why he wasn't the only trainer there, but that didn't mean the younger ones could get cocky like his latest student he got a few good hits in and thought he was something. That ended fast when Wolf hit him in the leg with the hilt of his sword knocking him off his feet. "Gloating will get you in the grave rather fast." he offered him a hand which was refused. "You wanna protect Vanaheim you better get that chip off your shoulder."
An older man looked over at Midori, who asked the question "That would be Wolf over there. Showed up here nearly a year ago half dead, unable to remember who he was or what had happened to him. Some how survived and now he's getting married to my daughter." the man sounded somewhat surprised at the end Wolf didn't look like the settling down type. But they were going to get married and he was going to be a grandfather before the year is up most likely. The man looked at Midori for a moment "Are you his sister?"

Wolf? That was the name Jessie had chosen for him? It seemed that no matter what version Midori knew, Jessica Drew was not the most creative of people. But, what the man said did make the goddess pause and look at him oddly for a moment. Actually, a lot of what he said made her pause and look at him oddly. Firstly, the fact that this Wolf had shown up about a year ago. The amnesia and the half dead state he was in seemed typical of Jessie's humor, provide Midori with just a bit more torture, but James had only been missing for a few weeks. Yes, the cube could have warped time, making areas travel faster than others, but it was a dangerous move. Messing with time was never a smart thing to do. But what really shocked Midori was the news of James' impending marriage.
"Married to your daughter?" she repeated, not about to hide the shock on her face. "That would be a difficult thing to accomplish as this man is my husband. I have been looking everywhere, and I do mean everywhere, for him," she stated firmly. Having had her fill of talk with this man, Midori turned her attention to the one called Wolf, striding over to the white haired man. Up close, the changes were even more dramatic and obvious. He looked in age anywhere from being in his thirties to just starting to creep into his sixties. His face was hardened, with a scar marring the left side of his face. But his eyes… they were inhuman. Golden amber in color and slitted like a cat, the look he gave her was one of uncertainty. "James. James Rogers. Do you not know me? Don't say that bitch actually got the better of you. It's me. Midori." As she spoke, Midori approached him, hand reaching out to gently stroke his cheek, scratchy from the growth of beard stubble. "Please know me," she asked softly.

What Midori didn't know was Jessica knew how to use the cosmic cube better than most having had used it on her world to change it to the way her mother wanted HYDRA ruling. She had been the one to change the current time while her mother had changed the past. She knew what she was doing when she went after James and deciding to put him here for Midori to find at some point. But she wasn't the one who had named him that was the people here it was just the way he acted kind of like a wolf the name just stuck.
"Yes, ma'am." the man replied, then it was his turn to be confused over what was going on Wolf was already married? This was going to break his daughter's heart when she finds out the man she loved was already married to another woman. Wolf set his students to train with one another while he and the other teacher watched until he heard footsteps coming up behind him, he turned to see a woman looking him over for some reason. He pulled back from her touch "I have no idea who James is or what you're talking about. And I'm about to be married so can you not touch me like that?" he didn't want his soon to be wife getting angry if she happens to come by and see this.
