“I always pictured you sun gods standing around a water cooler talking about different things.” Nemesis told him because she actually didn’t know what the little group did. But if she really had to guess it was probably more like the playboy mansion. “He was going to kill me so yes I killed him first.” Purgatori told Helios when she overheard him talking about her killing Ra. The winged woman didn’t got out and randomly kill gods there was always a reason for it. And this time it was to keep herself alive. As it had always been.
“We all know that but someone else wants everyone else to think that you could be the mastermind behind all this. Turning pantheons on each other and starting an all out war leaving whoever these people are to take whatever’s left. Most likely the earth and it’s people.” Nemesis handed Circe a scroll with a list of every attack made on the different pantheons. “These attacks don’t seem very godly but more terrorist like. So I’m thinking they aren’t gods. But maybe mortals or aliens something like that.” Nemesis nodded “You got it I’ll go get the others.” she said before leaving to go and get the others. Purgatori held up a number of medallions with Circe's symbol on one side and a random gods in the other but not always a Greek one. "They were left in the places that had been attacked."
Aldrif looked over at Amora “What do you know of these attacks?” She asked she was the one left in change while the All-Mother was gone. She should know something even if it wasn’t much. Just then there was a flash of light the Angelus reappeared with Finch at her side. She looked around at the others “I take it you know about the attacks as well?” She said.

Helios shrugged a little at Nemesis. "We talk, just not around a water cooler. We just share a connection of sorts. It's hard to explain. Shared interests, I guess. But when Ra died...." The sun god fumed a bit, thinking the event over in his head, his hair glowing brighter the madder he got. "You may be a sun god now, Purgatori, but you are no friend of mine. Remember that."
Circe looked over the scrolls and then examined each medallion carefully. They were simple and ordinary with no magic about them whatsoever. Unfortunately, she wasn't clairvoyant in these matters, so gaining information simply by touching the items wouldn't do. A spell certainly could give her answers, but that could take a while as she had no idea where to start. Regarding the symbol itself, while the goddess had no exact one attributed to her, there were items often used in imagery about her; a wand, a chalice or drinking cup, and a boar head. Surrounded by a circle of flame representing the sun, it was definitely meant to be her. "These will all need to be destroyed once we have no further use for them. Every single one." Yes, perhaps she was being paranoid, but then again, practitioners, if they had enough power, could use them as ways to call Circe to them and that was not something the goddess wanted to happen.
Amora was quiet for a few moments, trying to recall all she could about them. "Not much, unfortunately. They had been minor things, trouble we had thought to be Loki's or Lorelei's, perhaps others wanting to cause mischief and instability. We had thought it would bring about a desire to change rulers, though why they waited so long after your absence, I didn't know why. A trap was suspected. I investigated a few incidents, but finding nothing of real value, I was eager to return to Asgard in case it was all a diversion." It was the truth and Amora felt ashamed for not acting further about the attacks. "I questioned Heimdall if he saw something more that I missed, but his sight was blocked for the most part, though he agreed it was likely humans behind it."
"After all we did for them? The Asgardians saved their lives, the Angelus remade Earth and removed Ultron as a threat, and how many of the rest of us spent the last ten years giving them civilization?" Circe didn't understand mortals sometimes.

“That’s fine with me I don’t want you to be my friend.” Purgatori replied to the angry sun god even if he did tried to attack her he didn’t know that much about her. That meant she had the upperhand and made her very dangerous. But that didn’t mean she’d take her eyes off Helios while he was still here.
Purgatori looked over to Circe as she looked over everything only to raise an eyebrow at what she had said. Only one reason she could think of for wanting that stuff destroyed. “A bit paranoid are we?” she asked the Sky-Mother. Zarda frowned confused not really understanding what the two women were talking about. She was still pretty new to the whole magic thing even though she’s had magic for about ten years now. Didn’t mean she knew everything.
Nemesis had returned just as Amora finished talking. She wasn’t the type to slack off when it came to getting something done when it really needed to be done. And it wasn’t hard to get word to the other gods. Which were mainly the Greek gods as the Egyptian gods were all under Purgatori’s control and from the look on her face she wasn’t the one behind it. “Don’t go jumping the gun and blaming the human’s just yet. I’ve got some things I’ve been pondering on but I want to make sure they others aren’t apart of it before I say anything to make sure I’m right.”

"It's a precaution, not paranoia. We both know the difference. And I am sure that even you have done some preventative care over the years to make sure know can get the upper hand on you, Purgatori," Circe explained. Seeing the confused looked on Zarda's face, the goddess reassured her. "It's nothing, I promise. But I can explain things later if you like."
Amora gave Nemesis a glance. Though she didn't know much about the woman, the enchantress had to admit that she was a rather useful ally when it came to many things. Circe had picked her well for this role. "Well, if it's not the goods, and if it's likely not the mortals, that does not leave many enemies or candidates to choose from. Either aliens or beings from other dimensions. I fancy none of those things." Mortals for the most part tended to scatter easily if dealt with in the proper ways. They also usually didn't have that many tricks up their sleeves, especially not now in this day and age.
The other gods began to filter in to the meeting area at their own pace; some a bit slower than others, but for obvious reasons. Zinda, having taken over the role of Demeter when Steve was offered the, supposedly, temporary role of the god of the dead, was heavy with child so she naturally took her time. She stuck close to her husband and upon seeing Kaileena, squeezed his hand tight. It could have been interpreted in many ways; her eager for him to be relieved of his duty or the fact that she was afraid of losing him to earth now that the girl seemed to be back. In her case, it was most definitely the latter.
Midori came along quickly, having the proverbial speed of Mercury and all that, though it was likely due to the fact that she wanted to get settled as soon as possible. They were less likely to disturb her nursing baby that way. Viper stood off a small distance away from those two. She was still of mixed emotions about the fact that she had three grandchildren that weren't really hers and the fact that her would be daughter became what was essentially a broodmare so easily and so quickly. But that was what happened when one married a sex god. Babies were expected.
Natasha though, was not among the number of expecting or newly made mothers. But that's not to say she and Bobbi didn't have a number of children. Far from it actually. For not being able to conceive as a mortal, that didn't apply now that she was a god. Fertility gods were powerful things, particularly horny ones, as everyone on Olympus had discovered one night. Early on in their godhood, both James and Midori and Bobbi and Natasha had unknowingly been so passionate one night that their powers spilled over and affected other gods and a good number of mortals, creating a night that no one would forget. Circe, while not expecting the magic to be so powerful, was not upset. But then again, good sex was always a welcomed thing.
And so the gods assembled and waited to hear what this matter was about, particularly interested since it was quite a rare sight to see Purgatori here.

“Not like it’d even matter because if they really want you no spell will keep them from getting you one way or another. Your either strong enough to destroy them or you become their puppets.” that was how Purgatori got to be where she was because she was strong not just in power but in will as well. “Okay.” Zarda replied still not really believing her.
“I said if. But I’m pretty sure the other gods aren’t apart of it. I’m just crossing my T’s and dotting my I’s before I start pointing fingers. And if I am right we’re going to have problems. That hammers and magic won't fix.” They weren’t magic proof but sorting them out from the human’s would be hard.
Steve had noticed the others had returned from wherever they had gone for the past ten years. He had also felt the squeeze from Zinda’s hand he knew what that had meant but now wasn’t the time to worry about that. Instead he made sure Zinda was comfortable before he sat down beside her. Even though he wasn’t ready to become a mortal again he was happy to give up his current job because it was really depressing.
James followed after Midori as fast as he could landing next to her he sat down he put an arm around her. Of course he noticed Viper was there but didn’t say anything he still didn’t like her very much. It didn’t help all that much that she didn’t think very highly or Midori because they had started a family and only thought all she did was have children. She did do more than just have children but it apparently wasn’t enough for Viper. He didn’t care though they were happy.
Bobbi followed after Natasha and the others. It was nice not having to worry about babysitters so they could come to these meetings whenever they were called or wanted time with just her wife. Logan and Sara were the next ones to show up even though Sara wasn’t a god she did usually come along to the meetings to keep Logan out of trouble. Over the years she had figured out ways to keep him from starting anything and most of the time it worked.

"I realise that, Purgatori. But destroying things of the enemy is an old habit of mine." Smart people that continued living a long life tending to try and destroy whatever harmful things they could in order to continue existing, and Circe clearly had no intention of dying.
Amora frowned at Nemesis. "I was not jumping to conclusions. I was simply stating the facts as I knew them. As it was said earlier, whoever is behind this is using tactics to confuse and blame others for the deed. I have not laid the blame on anyone. If I had, I would have already attacked. But... having lived long enough to know a bit about trickery and distraction, one perspective is not enough to cast judgement." Though Amora said this, she was eager to 'lay the hammer down' as Thor used to say. Had she become more aggressive over the years? It was hard to say. Though perhaps some small part of her that was Jotunn enjoyed the physicality of knocking heads together. But that would come in due time. "As for thinking I can't solve this, Mjolnir can do more than just hammer things, Nemesis."
Zinda smiled a little at Steve's efforts, thanking him with a gentle kiss. To tell the truth, she wasn't sure why she was here other than the fact that her husband was still a rather important member of the pantheon, at least for the time being. She was just there for quiet support. "It's okay, Steve," she told him softly, knowing how much his powers had changed him over the years. Zinda missed how he used to be a happier man.
Midori smirked at James as he sat down beside her. "Thought I lost you for a moment," she joked before turning her attention to the discussion at hand. If this was as serious as she thought it was, why else would Circe have called all the gods together, Midori would likely be asked to do a bit of scouting and intelligence gathering, possibly with the aid of her mother... Viper. It an accidental mental slip, but it did happen sometimes. She was inherently a good woman, Midori thought, very much like her own mom, but with some differences. They were on good standings as far as she knew and she kept trying every so often to include Viper in her life, at least to see her grandchildren. Midori knew how easy it was for her own mother to get lonely.
Natasha sensed the difference the council mood almost as soon as she sat down. This wasn't just going to be a talk about relations or a new phase when it came to dealing with earth. No, this was definitely different and it perked up a part of her that had been dormant for a long time.

Zarda tapped Circe on the shoulder “Maybe we should inform the others instead of ignoring them now that they're here.” she suggested from the looks they were getting they were clueless as to what was going on.
“And there was a pretty good chance you’d end up dead. If they’re who I think they are they have the power and tech to easily kill an army of Asgardians. The longer you have that hammer the more you sound like Thor. Did you know that?” she asked knowing this would probably set the woman off but the others would most likely stop Amora before anything could happen. “I know what Mjolnir can do and it’s not going to help in anything right now.”
“I don’t think it’s okay.” Steve said not so much for what was going to happen to him but what was going on here with the other down below. None of them looked very happy and for once Purgatori wasn’t the cause of it because she looked just as pissed as the others did.
“Not all of us have super speed.” Of course she’d lose him she was always faster then him at mostly everything. That was the downside to being married to someone who had super speed. It always made him feel like he was behind on everything trying to catch up.
While the others were talking Purgatori the other Egyptian Gods they appeared across from the Greek Gods. Might as well have them here to make sure they weren't apart of it in any way. "So Amaterasu-ōmikami do you think any of your warriors are traders?" Nemesis asked the winged woman who raised an eyebrow to the warrior's amused look. "No. I've already dealt with anyone who might be a trader years ago." she said.

Circe looked around and, indeed, everyone was here. "Thank you for telling me that. I'm actually glad that we have no stragglers this time." Not that there ever really were. Thankfully there were no serious enough rivalries that would prevent gods from attending any council meetings. A tall golden staff, topped by the figure of a hawk with its wings outstretched, appeared in the goddess' hand. With it she tapped the ground, a gentle movement, but powerful enough to bring order to everyone here.
"Thank you all for coming so quickly. There are two things to bring to discussion. The first being on the more happier note is the return of the Angelus and the four who became the Four Horsemen. They are changed and likely a bit worn and tired from their trip, but treat them and love them no differently. We are glad to have them back." Saying that, Circe did glance over in Steve's and Zinda's direction, knowing full well what they were thinking. She gave them a brief nod, acknowledging that they would have things to discuss in private after the meeting. "As for the second subject, it is more serious and urgent. A series of attacks has been occurring on Earh. We aren't entirely sure who is behind them, though every time one does happen, a medallion with my symbol and another god's is left behind. Someone is wanting to destroy all that we have created, putting me at the center of the blame." The scroll with the list of attacks, as well as one of the medallions, was passed around the group so they could all see and learn. "Nemesis has a few ideas of who could be behind this, though I am curious to see if anyone else would care to share what strange activities they have witnessed, if any."
Amora held her tongue over what Nemesis said, knowing that she was right about a few things. She had become far more cocky and stubborn than she had in the past. Thor's power did that sometimes. She remembered how things used to be with him. In the ten years since Aldrif's departure, she had very little time to herself without the hammer. Perhaps that needed to change. Sheathing Thor's power and turning Mjolnir back into a necklace, Amora looked over her muscled body, wondering if it were possible to regaining her old appearance. She would need to look into it.
"We'll talk with Circe after this is over. I ain't gonna let you suffer and worry about this alone, okay? Have I ever let you down in the past?" she asked, resting her head on his shoulder. "Besides, after this is over, you can start getting some more sun. I miss looking at your tanned chest."
"And not everyone can make me horny whenever he wants me to be," Midori teased. Not that she minded. James always came up with the most creative of places and ideas for sex. As for her speed, she didn't use it often, knowing how much it annoyed her husband. She still enjoyed taking things nice and slow quite often, and she hoped that their son would take after him rather than her.
Natasha watched and listened to what everyone had to say. Her hands sought out Bobbi's and that old spark of protectiveness felt itself being rekindled inside of her.
Viper carefully examined the scroll and attacks, knowing that if anyone was likely to be blamed to be behind something, it would be her. But, as of yet, no one was pointing a finger in her direction which was good, since she had nothing to do with this.

Kaileena was standing not to far from the others mostly behind Amora. Believe it or not Kaileena paid little attention to the tall blonde woman. Only when it looked like she was going to do something but it turned out she was just changing back into her old self once again. She did take her turn at looking over the items although she was rather clueless about the whole thing having been gone so long. Whatever this was she had nothing to do with it. So she passed it on to someone else.
“Alright and no you haven’t ever let me down.” Steve said before smirking faintly “It’s kind of pasty white now.” He said as he looked down at his chest that was very pale now.
“Or make it so you can’t walk for the rest of the day because she was so horny.” James said smirking before frowning after what Circe had said “The world’s only been around for ten years and there’s already terrorist running around….” He was really hoping things wouldn’t go back to being the way they were before Ultron decided to end the world.
Bobbi held onto Natasha she wasn’t scared really because even though she was the goddess of love didn’t mean she forgot how to fight. It’s just now she had a lot to lose she had a family none of them needed this.
“Ten years ago myself and another woman crossed paths with Wonder Woman and Superman. Both of which I killed on Asgard.” Nemesis held her hands up to keep Aldrif from saying anything “But they were already dead before I had even touched them their bodies just didn’t know it. Their bodies had been inhabited by an alien race called the Daemonites. Back when the human race was still living in caves the Daemonites enslaved the humans. And I bet anything that they want to do that again they just have to get rid of the gods first.” This news left Aldrif to think these things over. Nemesis did break her law but so did these Daemonites before her.

"Yeah, it is a bit pasty, isn't it?" Zinda agreed, placing her hand on his chest as a color comparison. She had spent some time out in the sun, so she wasn't as pale as she used to be, pre-god and all, but dang it, Steve was whiter than a fish's belly and that was just sad. "A least you're still muscled." If anything, his physique had gotten harder which seemed odd since she never saw him workout more than normal. As the other gods talked, Zinda contemplated what they could do once Steve was able to stop being the replacement god of death. She figured that in her condition, she couldn't do much else of use.
"That only happens every so often, and you like making me unable to walk," Midori whispered back. Of course so did she. It was more fun that way. "Terrorists are hard to get rid of sometimes. I mean, you did marry one. So yes, they are everywhere. But we can handle this. We'll just have you make them horny and, while they're distracted, we'll drop Logan in on them. Maybe a few others." Okay, it wasn't the best plan, but to tell the truth, it was mostly a joke.
Natasha hadn't forgotten how to fight either. If anything, being protective of her family made her all the more willing to keep the bad guys at the minimum. Maybe it was a good thing that she had been getting in more than a few sparring matches with Logan recently. Being the goddess of wine seemed like an easy, party-like role, but Natasha was also the goddess of madness, insanity, and violence. Dionysus was a pacifist only up to a point.
Circe had heard about the death of Wonder Woman all those years ago. For the most part, it hadn't affected her, other than a slight annoyance that she had been the one to do it, but to tell the truth, the small part of her that was still Donna Milton mourned her loss. As much as she hated the woman, she and Diana had been friends. "Who is this other woman? Is she still alive?" Circe asked. "We'll stop these creatures from trying to take things over. We will route them out and destroy them thoroughly. Any leads and any information regarding them will be greatly appreciated, as well as finding a way to detect those that have been... possessed. I don't want anyone striking out alone. They would love to pick us off one by one. If they got to Superman and Wonder Woman, they can get any of us. I want everyone tested."
