When they got to Niflheim managed to shove Amora away from her as the fires finally died down but was it from the realm or herself? It was hard to tell but it was clear Sif had been changed by the necklace into something else. She no longer looked human her skin was an ash color what could be seen of it while the rest of her body including her hair was covered and what looked like cooling magma while her backside was covered in fire. Fire creatures swirled around her just waiting to attack something or someone.
Her yellowish red eyes locked onto Amora “Come to rub it in my face have you?” She said smoke coming out of her mouth each time she opened it to speak. “Always acting like your better then me. I’m better then you because I have blonde hair! I’m better then you because I act like a woman should act! I’m better then you because I don’t use a sword! I’m better then you because I sleep around!” at this the fire creatures stopped moving around instead faced Amora like they were watching her until Sif raised her hand and they shot forwards in a spiral movement towards Amora “I’m going to enjoy melting your face off! Then we’ll see who’s better!”

Niflheim was colder than Amora realised. She could actually feel the chill in this primordial world, which was saying a lot. She had never needed a coat in Jotunheim, but hear, she rather liked the idea of a nice warm fire to curl up to. Just as long as it wasn't Sif's fire, which seemed to be dying down at the moment. Good. Now she could get a proper look at her, although the look Amora got in return was far from friendly.
"Rub it in your face? Sif, you were on fire and likely would have burned Asgard to cinders had you stayed there." This was what she got in return for doing a good deed? And people wondered why she wasn't always the friendliest. "Loki was the one who ruined your hair, not me!" she spat back, taking in the other woman's new appearance, including the glowing necklace. "You were the fool that decided to get closer to Thor by being his little warrior friend! You're letting your damn anger control you, Sif! Take that necklace off and you'll think clearly!" Amora barely had time to finish that sentance before those fire things flew at her, intent on burning through her chest.
Thankfully, Karnilla had taught her well and the blonde sorceress disappeared into the surrounding mists, allowing a few doubles to run around in her stead. Her magic and tricks wouldn't last long here as Sif was all too familiar with them, and who knew what powers that damned necklace had given her. Niflheim was where half of her family had come from, perhaps she could use that to her advantage.
Where the mists and the air had been still and quiet, winds suddenly and violently tore into the area, bringing with them snow and sleet, hail the size of small boulders, and shards of ice sharp enough to lacerate even the strongest of armors. Poisonous vapor rose from the mists and they all swirled around the warrior woman, concentrating entirely on her frame as the temperature plunged into a bone-shattering cold. While the darkness was not her domain, the cold and the ice seemed almost eager to listen, eager to bring forth the destruction of one of the Aesir. Amora likewise seemed to enjoy the sensation, the cold no longer having as much a chilling effect on her as it collected on her body, forming a slick coating of icy armor over her skin. "You're out of your element here, little Asgardian! You are not the better one of us!"

“You had no problems pointing it out again and again what he did to me!” She said before unleashing more fiery attacks on the woman she hated so much. Eventually she just unleashed a wave of fire to sweep across the land. “Oh yes because being friends with Loki is such a better choice! I’m not listening to anything you say! You lie just as much as Loki does! That’s the only thing you're good at!” needless to say she wasn’t going to remove anything that Amora that she had on which as far as she could tell wasn’t there.
It was getting colder she could tell but that didn’t stop her any in fact it just made her madder “Stop hiding!” She said with an explosion of fire melting the ice in her area. “You know nothing about me! Or what I can do!” she yelled standing within the flames she had created as she looked around for the blonde woman who had been nothing but a thorn in her side since she was a child. Even if Sif wanted to stop she wouldn’t be able to the Ember Stone was controlling a lot of what she did pushing her to do things.

Amora cursed her own stupidity. Yes, goading Sif was never a smart idea, but she had at least expected the cold of Niflheim to do something in regards to the heat. Was the necklace from Surtr? Was he powering her change? So engrossed in her thoughts was she that it nearly cost Amora. The flames were too much. The madder she became the hotter things grew. Too much more heat and the sorceress feared someone would come and investigate the sudden temperature change. This all had to end now, and there was only one way to do it.
Amora caused the blizzard to end suddenly, but rather than flinging the snow and ice away, she dropped it all around Sif in close proximity, allowing her heat to create billowing clouds of steam. It was just the cover she needed. Wasting no time, Amora let the cold sink into her, features once more turning blue, though her size remained unchanged. Saying a small prayer, she then teleported in front of Sif and pulled her into a sharp, icy, kiss. Perhaps she would be shocked out of her current state of mind. But just to be sure...
Amora gestured and incanted the knockout spell as a one-two punch; the first directly through the mouth via words and a kiss, and the second through the hand on Sif's core. She used the strongest spell she knew, and though it could easily topple an enraged giant, she wasn't sure if it would work on the warrior woman.

As angry as Sif was at Amora she did notice that the blizzard had stopped the blonde was planning something else she just didn’t know what. But she’d be ready for whatever stupid thing she was planning on doing to try and stop her or slow her down. Suddenly she looked up when she heard something just before a ton of snow was dumped on her. The fire turned the snow in to steam was that her plan? Just to make it steam or was she hoping all that snow would stop her? either way it hadn’t done anything only made it hard to see for a bit.
Sif wandered around in the steam trying to find a way out when suddenly a very small Jotun appeared in front of her she looked familiar but she never got a chance to think about it. The Jotun pulled her into a kiss causing her eyes to widen in shock then felt something enter her causing her to pull away “Evil…blueberry…” she managed to get out just before hitting the ground. She was out along with the flames but the strange thing was she didn’t change back. She still looked the same only the flames had gone out but she was still pretty warm to the touch.

Evil blueberry? That was the best she could come up with? On the plus side, at least she was out cold, and not a moment too soon from what Amora could sense. Being one of the domains of Hela, Niflheim was home to the dishonored dead, the lowest of the low, and they didn't take kindly to the living being in their home. Obviously, their little fight had attracted some attention, since she could now see forms approaching in the mist. Well, it hadn't been the smartest of ideas to bring her here, but now that Sif was somewhat under control, they could move on. And not a moment too soon. By the time the dead approached, the pair were long gone.
Jotunheim was a welcomed relief, particularly because Amora knew her way around the realm. And she had a home there. Not many people knew about it and she preferred it that way. Sif would.... well, she could make up a story or something, depending on how much she would remember from the fight.
The home was hidden by nature and by magic, set far back in one of the remote parts of Jotunheim. It was not an expansive palace, but instead it was more like a luxury ski chalet from Midgard. Normally there was only one bedroom.... one large bedroom... but, due to her new guest, Amora created a second, slightly smaller bedroom. One that was hopefully fireproof. Laying Sif down on the bed, she made sure food and drink was available, and found she could do nothing more than wait for her to wake up. Because she certainly wasn't about to be standing over the little fire demon, waking her up, and risk getting a face full of flame. From what she could tell, the necklace was imbedded in Sif's chest and was not likely to be easily removed. So it was with a sigh that Amora pulled up a chair and played nursemaid to a woman she usually hated.

It took some time before Sif woke up from the spell but when she did her eyes were no longer a yellowish white but completely normal only her eyes were no longer a baby blue but a orangered color and her skin returned to a normal color but the cooling magma armor still covered her body and hair. She began but stopped because it felt like she had been pounded by a group of Jotun. “What happened…?” She asked as she held her head not really even sure where she was at. She pulled her hand back when she realized it wasn’t normal looking “What in Hela’s name happened to me?!” she said as she looked down at her body realizing it was different too.
Then she remembered Tony was the one who had saved her and this whatever it was she had on looked pretty skimpy like something Tony would love. “I’m kicking Tony’s ass the next time I see him.” she said without even realizing she had said it outloud to let alone to anyone else. She looked around the room that she was in someone’s bedroom she paled at the thought of what might have happened until she noticed Amora was there. This was really getting weird waking up in a strange bedroom with Amora there...and now it just got disturbing.

"It wasn't Tony that did this to you," Amora answered while filing her nails. "Nor was it Hela, and it certainly wasn't me. You, my dear, are the proud owner of a very nasty, and very powerful, artifact that has decided to make you its host." She raised her hand, showing the scorch marks on it. All Amora did was touch the damn rock to see if she could understand its components. In return, she learned nothing except that it hurt like hell.
"I assume one of the Midgardians gave it to you either by accident or on purpose. Either way, you burst into flames and all of Asgard was about to be turned to ash until someone took you to Niflheim to.... douse your flames." Amora paused, her silence hopefully emphasizing that it was her who did the deed. "You didn't much like that. I'd be careful with your emotions, by the way. That stone stuck in your chest seems to make you and and do things that you normally wouldn't."
Getting up from her chair, she walked over to Sif, making sure not to get too close. "Right now, you're in Jotunheim. Safe. No one knows you're here, and no one here will hurt you. This is a little place Loki left me when he tried to woo me into agreeing to one of his many schemes." A lie, but she wouldn't know that. "Loki got his ass handed to him by Thor, but I was able to keep this little hideaway. Now.... how do you feel?"

“Why would I even think Hela did it unless your not tell me something?” she said looking over at Amora wondering what she wasn’t telling her. So not only was things weird now she had some type of artifact on her or in her or something she didn’t really know. She looked over at Amora’s hand “Why would you even touch something you knew nothing about?” Yes she knew that Amora wanted to try and figure the thing out but still logic would tell you not to touch something you didn’t know anything about. Magical or otherwise.
“Not that I could tell you who it was other than it being a woman.” She couldn’t see a thing when it happened only heard her voice. Sif realized it was Amora that had helped her and it seemed like she was the only other person here. “Why did you do this? Why are you helping me? What do you plan on getting out of this?” she asked looking at the woman who didn’t do anything out of the goodness of her heart without wanting something in return. She frowned glaring at Amora who told her to keep her emotions in check even though she had a point.
“You sure Loki actually left you this or is this actually your birth home. Jotun half breed. I know the truth Amora, I’m not an idiot as much as you seem to think I am just because I hang around Thor.” She replied to the blondes little lie. “How do I feel? I feel like Tamu Massif waiting to erupt.” Who said Sif never learned anything while on Midgard? Even though she hadn’t read about it she did hear a lot of the smart guys on the Avengers talk about it before the world had ended.

"I was just throwing out that nail as an option. Would you prefer that I said Surtr instead? The fire thing is more his style." She could be nice to Sif, but she could not keep from being snarky. "As for why I touched it? I don't know, I thought it would be inert while you were unconscious. I didn't realize it was sentient until I was practically touching it." The thing was a sneaky and intelligent bit of magic. "It's old. Very old and very powerful. It defied the cold in Niflheim which is something... I never expected that."
Amora frowned a little at Sif not remembering much. Not that she blamed her. Magic that powerful, brought on that quickly usually meant a gap in the person's memories. It could return over time, she assumed. "You'd rather I just sit back and watch Asgard burn? Or let Aldrif try and kill you? I saved you..... I don't know why I saved you. I saved you because I did. Asgard's in a delicate place right now, Sif. I didn't know how they would react to being 'attacked' by a fire demon so soon after Odin's death," she sighed. "Besides, I swore allegiance to Aldrif. Had I not acted when I did, she likely would have ordered me to so something. Or, upon your death, I would have had to deal with that rock."
At Sif's little accusation, Amora picked up her nail file once more. "This is not my birthplace. No one has ever been to my birthplace. And do I look like a twenty foot tall, blue barbarian? You're spewing accusations that you know nothing about, Sif. I am fair skin, I am blonde, and, unlike those female frost giants, my nude body does not make men cringe in terror. This home is a little trinket from Loki. That's all. But if you want to leave, there's the door." With that Amora returned to filing her nails.

“This thing is older than Surtr and beyond him.” Sif replied shooting down Amora’s other suggestion of who could have created the thing around her neck. “Oh it’s sentient alright it’s talking to me wanting me to do things and it’s really hard to say no.” The only way to stay in control is to ignore it becoming apart of whatever this thing is gives her new urges scary ones like watching the world burn and everything in it. It was taking everything she had to keep the thing from taking over again. “I can’t really explain it but it’s a feeling I have this thing is from the beginning of the universe or very close to it.” she told her as a way to explain why the coldness of Niflheim did nothing to it.
Sif noticed the frown Amora gave her when she told her she didn’t remember “I had my eyes ripped out I couldn’t see anyone or anything makes it pretty hard to see what was going on at the time plus Tony drugged me had been doing that for a while...I think.” It was kind of hard to keep track when you're underground and alone in a room that didn’t have anything to tell you what day it was or the time. Now it was Sif’s turn to be confused over what was being said “Who’s Aldrif? And how and when did Odin die?” this was all a surprise to her. She didn’t think Odin could die there were too many people to protect him.
Sif gave Amora a look that said she didn’t believe her at all. “We were the only two in Niflheim that part of it at least you're the one who dumped the snow on me turned into a Jotun and kissed me! I might not have been in control of myself but I know what I saw!” she said as she started to flare up with her anger. "I really don't care that you are one. You always seem to think I'm going to run off and tell everyone about anything I find out about you or Loki...well okay maybe Loki because he's an asshole but that's beside's the point." It didn't have anything to do with her hair it was just because she didn't really like him.

"Lovely. Old, sentient, and somewhat evil. This should be incredibly fun to deal with," Amora commented a bit sarcastically. "If it's as old as you think it is, those items tend to be very one track minded when it comes to things. The older the element, the more resolute its mindset. All things burn, all things freeze. Its what it knows. I assume it wants you to burn me as well?"
At the mentioning of Tony drugging Sif, Amora raised an eyebrow. What could he possibly have in his possession that could drug an Asgardian? Better yet, could she get some for herself in case Sif needed it? As for whoever this woman was that gave Sif the necklace, Amora would make certain to take care of it herself. Mentioning it to Aldrif might be a good idea, but knowing her, the justice would be swift and permanent. "Aldrif is Thor's older sister. She's the child of Odin and Freyja who was thought to be dead a long time ago when the tenth realm, Heaven, was separated from the other nine realms." Amora went on the explain the war between Asgard and the angels, or at least as best as she could. "I convinced her to confront Odin, make him tell the truth about everything, and... in the end, she killed him in the main square, took his power, and now rules Asgard. I honestly did not expect such a fast coup."
"We were the only two living people in that area of Niflheim, Sif. You think Jotuns don't have disgraced dead?" Upon seeing the flare up, Amora sighed and resigned herself, letting the illusion drop as she once more grew in size and changed in color. "There? Happy? You made me admit to you what I am. But I swear if you call me a damn runt or Jotun half breed again I will rip your damn head from your shoulders, necklace or no necklace," she growled before remembering to control her anger. "See? You're not the only one who has to ignore the tendencies and influences of certain things. I hate being a Jotun. I hate being a thing that you and Thor and anyone else killed for sport. You think I would be received well if I just revealed what I was with Odin on the throne? At least with Aldrif I might retained some degree of respect. Odin would have banished me if a little, half-Jotun girl asked for a home in Asgard. But, as a beautiful woman, I was well received."

“It get’s worse there are other ones I can feel them barely the one I can feel the most is on Asgard. Like a supernova.” she explained the best she could the feeling she had from the other one she didn’t really know what that meant. Was it just like what she had? or was it different? it was really hard to say other then it kind of felt like it was like her whatever it is she has but also different.
Sif sat there listening to Amora explain to her who Aldrif was and how she came to be the ruler of Asgard. She couldn’t believe Odin would lie and cover something like that up and kept it from everyone all this time. But then again she remembered he had kept his brother a secret from them as well and look how that turned out. As loyal as she was she really didn’t feel all that bad that Odin had been killed by his first born child. “Anger can be a powerful driving force.” just look at the Hulk if you didn’t believe her.
Sif watched Amora change seeing her true self “There you go assuming you know everything about me. I have never once killed a Jotun for sport. I’ve only ever did it to protect myself, innocent people or when they invade Asgard. Thor was the one who went off to battle anything he could find so he wouldn’t be bored and would have stories to tell so he could get in anyone woman’s bed he chose to.” Yes they had their thing when they were younger but as adults Thor seemed to have it in his head that mortals were for him. Sif didn’t care what he did she wasn’t going to be a lady in waiting she just never really bothered with finding anyone else.

"We have one on Asgard? Another fire stone or something worse? Or does that thing not give you any indication?" This would not be good if there were more exceedingly dangerous items on Asgard waiting to burn or freeze or do worse. Amora needed to get a hold of Aldrif, but she didn't trust Sif enough to leave her alone for the time being.
"I know that anger can be a powerful force. It's one of the easiest things to both master and manipulate." Amora would know since she had been doing that for a very long time. "Do you think you'll be able to master that rock? I don't think Aldrif would want you back on Asgard until you can. Especially if there is a second power there already." They could go outside later and see what this fire stone could do. Hopefully they wouldn't burn the realm down.
"Is it my fault to assume things when all you do is hang around with Thor, Fandral, Hogun, and Volstagg? All right, yes, of that group you are the most intelligent and civil. I would think that you would be the last to just kill things for fun, but, unless I mistake myself, you did not persuade Thor from his activities. As a child, you actually did things to attract his attention and further his need for stupid boyhood activities. Like when Brunnhilde first came to Asgard." Granted, Amora had used that opportunity to briefly enchant Thor into being her boyfriend, but those two quickly put an end to their differences and returned Thor to normal, much to Amora's dismay.
"I think.... perhaps under different circumstances, we could have been rather close friends, Sif. Now... do you want to see what you and your stone can do?"

“Something else...older much much much older more powerful too. I feel like this stone is some how linked to it but I can’t really tell in what way. This thing isn’t really willing to give up many answers.” She was lucky enough to get what information she could from the thing. “Is there a way we can see into Asgard? And bring the person here?” She asked after a moment at least it’d be easier then having the other person running around doing who knows what without anyone knowing how to stop the person.
“It’s not like I have a choice in the matter I either do or I never return to Asgard.” There wasn’t to many places for her to go and she didn’t really want to stay here not because of the Jotun but because it was really cold and even though right now she wasn’t cold she wasn’t really a fan of the snow all year around. “You really think it’s so easy to get Thor to change his mind on something? For years he thought he was the greatest fighter in all of Asgard not knowing everyone lost on purpose because he’s the prince until I actually pointed it out. Of course he never believed me until I beat him with a broken mop in the horse stalls a half dozen times until he realized he wasn’t that great.” Thor had always been stubborn for as long as she had known him.
“And I used to cry over the lost of my blonde hair for hours by myself sitting in front of the mirror like both I’ve grown out of doing either. I’m not his woman nor his keeper I do not control him. Find that useless mortal he apparently loves so much and have her tell him what to do.” She said the last part with a roll of her eyes. She wasn’t sure if it was the stone making her act like this or maybe it was her true feelings about the Foster woman showing itself to Amora. Well that was something she never thought she’d hear from Amora them being friends if things had went differently. “Sure got nothing better to do.”
