The lightning arcing off of the wolf's fur was a bit unexpected. That would definitely be something Amora would look up in order to understand Sif's parentage, but that would have to wait. At Aldrif's order, the enchantress bowed her head and nodded. "My apologies, All-Mother. I should have known better to behave." It was definitely not her wish to be turned into a child. Hell, she didn't really remember what she was like during her childhood, and that just made it all the more reason to stay her current age in case little Amora became blue.
"No, I was simply saying how most men who talk to me, Midgardian, Asgardian, or any other race, are found to be less civilized than the animals they claim they are superior to. I believe Circe knows what I'm talking about." The purple haired goddess nodded. "Men, when it comes down to it, often need a bit more nudging in the proper direction of manners and civilized behavior." As for whether or not the Sky Mother would attend Aldrif's wedding, she likely would, even with days of eating and drinking. True, she might not indulge in things as deeply as other people, but it would allow her a chance to relax and spend some quality time with Zarda. "I look forward to it," she said with a smile.
"I do know that, Sara. But one would think that if the Angelus is so powerful, and who people claim is the God, that it would not leave its host in such a vulnerable position. Were we not here, anyone could come along and get rid of the host or do as they pleased to her. Minor gods have weaknesses and vulnerabilities. Circe, Zarda, Aldrif, Amora... everyone here has weaknesses. But something powerful enough to cause the Apocalypse and remake the world should not." Viper just stopped and shook her head, knowing she likely wouldn't be understood. "It is just a comment about an observation I took note of, Sara. I'm just trying to work out semantics. Nothing more." Long ago, Nemesis said that the Angelus was God, yet when Viper had talked to the entity, it had said she worked for God, so all the woman was trying to do was figure out which truth was the right one. Knowledge is power after all.

While all the drama was going on Zarda had been thinking about something really thinking about it. “If the Angelus created all life in the universe wouldn’t that make her like your great grandmother Circe?” It probably took longer than it should have to realize this but she had been busy doing other things mainly learning her new powers to actually think about it. But not that she was back she had the chance to think about it.
“A swift punch to the face also works when nothing else does.” Most men she ran into were like that and the only way to deal with them was to punch them or in rare cases shoot them depending on how bad they get. Or are from the start. Aldrif nodded at Circe’s answer.
“Just because the host is asleep doesn’t mean the Angelus is. If it came down to it the Angelus would take control of Dani’s body and protect herself. And if things got any worse her warriors will show up to protect her.” Sara explained “And Dani isn’t her only host if she happens to die the Angelus will seek out a new host of her choosing and share what information she knows with the host but doesn’t always tell her everything.” Sara thought for a moment. “It’s easier to make someone to believe a lie then it is to tell the truth when there’s so little evidence to prove said truth.” Sara still had her detective skills even though she was no longer one. And it wasn't hard for her to figure Viper out.

Circe looked confused for a moment as Zarda asked her question before glancing at the unconscious Dani. The thought made the goddess lose her appetite. Setting her plate down, Circe recalled how she had felt upon seeing the giant Angelus cupping the earth. She had wanted to start shaking and curl up in Zarda's arms, which naturally she couldn't, due to being stuck in her seat. The emotions that flooded through during those few moments she had never experienced before, not with giants beings before. Circe was the type to laugh in the face of cosmic entities or show them the necessary respect if they garnered it, but she had never been afraid of them before.
The Angelus was light, and from what Sara had told her, its opposite was the Darkness. Aither and Erebus were one to the first beings to come out of the void of Khaos. Circe's grandmother, the Titan Theia, was also seen as being a female counterpart to Aither. She had seen her grandmother once, but it was when she was very young. All Circe remembered was how very, very bright she was and how afraid it made the little goddess feel. The more she thought about it, the more it worried at her insides. The Sky Mother should not be afraid like this. But that was why she gladly welcomed Lyta's arms around her, giving her a tight, comforting hug. "It's possible... I really don't know, though. I would have to ask the Angelus herself," Circe told her wife. PArt of her dreaded that conversation, but now she certainly wanted to know.
Amora nodded, agreeing with Shanna. It wasn't ladylike, but then again Amora wasn't really a lady, now was she? Plus, if push came to shove, Mjolnir was always a helpful deterrent against unwanted advances.
Viper took Sara's words into consideration. She had a point about the Angelus both wanting to protect its host and also not bothering to do so as it could easily pick a new one. The goddess of wisdom was curious to learn which the Angelus would pick, though she was not foolish enough to try and find out the answer. "Schrodinger's cat. It could be both a lie and a truth until the answer is given by the person in question. One person's truth is another's lie. It's all about perspective really. And I suppose when someone dies, they are given the ultimate perspective and answers, aren't they? Opinions and free will shroud and obstruct things, hiding what is and isn't truth." She then shrugged. "Hopefully her coma won't last too long as I've been waiting a long time to talk to her and, judging by the look on the Sky Mother's face, she has a few questions as well."

That wasn’t what Zarda had expected from Circe when she pointed out that the Angelus could be her great grandmother. She thought Circe would have made some comment about already knowing that or something along those lines but not this. The woman looked utterly terrified of what might be truth. “Never thought you’d be scared of your own family.” Zarda wasn’t scared of the Angelus but she wouldn’t pick a fight with her either.
“Back in a time when women weren’t highly thought of would you admit that a woman was the creator of everything? Or would you rather believe a man was the one who did it? And if I remember right a friend of mine stated that the church has been hiding a the truth about a lot of things which is why she ran from them and took the spear of Destiny with her to keep it from them.” Just as Sara finished talking Dani suddenly bolted up right screaming freaked out over something.
Sara wasn’t bothered by this the same thing happens to her more times than she cared to admit. That was the thing about having the Witchblade or the Angelus or any of the other ones they tended to give you dreams of past users and it’s not always a good thing. Sara held the younger woman until she calmed down returning to normal.

"It's not so much fear as it is terrible, terrible respect. Most people don't fear the earth until it quakes and splits open," Circe answered. "Theia and Hyperion are both very powerful and very old. Not as old as Aither, but if they're connected... godly geneology can get confusing sometimes." Her other grandparents, Okeanos and Tethys had remained neutral in the war between the gods and the titans, but Theia hated that her husband had been locked away.
Viper had meant to reply to Sara, but just then Dani woke up screaming. It had surprised the goddess, as if the girl was waiting for Viper to comment on her state of consciousness. Other reactions varied from surprise from the outcry to mild curiosity.
Circe, being the good hostess that she was, prepared food and drink for the young woman. If she was anything like her companions, Dani was likely to be famished as well. "Welcome back to the land of the living, Dani. There were a few of us who were worried about you being asleep. Once she is settled and has her wits returned to her, should we retire to someplace more appropriate or shall we remain here and relax?" It was a simple question, one that had no correct answer. Circe was simply looking out for these people.

“Either way I think our family is going to be getting bigger. Let's just hope your parent's don't decide to show up.” Zarda said she doubted that this was some sort of lie. After all they did watch the whole thing happen about ten years ago kind of hard to fake everything that’s happened to the earth when people started returning. Between herself and Melina they found out there wasn’t nearly as many people on earth as there once was. Having billions of people quickly sucking up all the resources of this new earth putting them back where they had been or having less than a million giving people a chance to change things. That seems to be what the Angelus had in mind.
“I think it’s time we split the mortal’s are starting to get nosy.” Melina pointed out that people were indeed watching them and more were gathering not to far off from where they were sitting. It was kind of hard to miss a King Kong size white and yellow wolf too. Dani kind of picked at her food she wasn’t really in the mood to deal with the other people it wasn’t hard to figure out she was the one who saved everyone it was hard to forget her face even if she didn’t hair white hair or wings. People could put two and two together. “Anywhere is better than here right now.” Kaileena said.

Circe chuckled. "Worried they might say something? Or it end up being the worst family reunion in history? As far as I know, they all got along, so maybe..." Circe didn't really finish that thought. Yes, it was true that her parents got along with her grandparents, but still, it might be a little bit of a shock if Helios saw his mother as someone younger than him. And if he unknowingly hit on her? Oh gods, he'd hide his face for weeks on end. It would definitely be something to handle carefully.
Amora frowned a little upon seeing the gathering mortals. Though they would have normally just disappeared without a trace, perhaps in a flash of light, the giant wolf and reindeer carcass added a bit of trouble to the disappearing act. Trading a glance with Circe, she gripped her Mjolnir pendant once more, activating its power. "I will handle the wolf and her dinner while you teleport the others out of here. Olympus I'm assuming."
With a nod from Circe, Amora began whirling Mjolnir over her head. Clouds gathered quickly, complete with lightning and thunder, though it was it was all for show. While the lightning did not strike the ground, rain soon poured down, soaking the onlookers, watering whatever crops they might have, and refilling their cisterns. It was both a blessing and a way to cove their departure. Circe ensured that no one in their party was drenched as the downpour started, taking them all safely to Olympus. The portal between Asgard and Olympus still held, so it wasn't as if it would be difficult to return Aldrife to her throne.
Amora, meanwhile, placed a hand on Sif's furry side, as well as a booted foot on the reindeer, making sure that the wolf was still dry since not even gods could stand the smell of wet fur, and brought them all to an exterior courtyard in Olympus.

“Worried I might bust a gut from laughing if your father unknowingly hits on her. Maybe? I think you’ll have to actually ask them that. Which I’m surprised they haven’t shown up I wouldn’t think they’d be to happy having their homes destroyed by the horsemen.” Was she hoping her in laws showed up? Not really but if they were like any other god they’d still be mad over having their stuff destroyed. And would want to do something about it once the horsemen returned.
And then they were home well most of them were a few weren’t yet but that was okay. They could return home when they wanted. “Why do I suddenly have a feeling everyone wants to talk to me?” Dani asked once everyone was settled down eating and whatever else they had been doing before they had to suddenly leave. It was just a feeling she had that people had questions and apparently she had the answers for something she didn’t know what though.
