“You never know stranger things have happened.” Nemesis replied while Typhoid laughed over the thought. They weren’t even on earth anymore so anything could happen even to the crazy girls. Not that Nemesis was looking for anyone man or woman she didn’t want to lose them to either time or the way she lives. Hardly anyone trusted her because of the way she does things. The only thing that stayed the same was that she wouldn’t hurt a child she might make it look like she would but she really wouldn’t.
“You underestimate me Typhoid. For two reasons, One I’m a very powerful empath you’d have to be colder than a corpse to sneak up on me. Which is why I was able to hurt him in the first place I knew he was coming before he could react. And two why kill him now? I’d rather see the look on his face when his princess is dead.” She said looking down at the not so happy man on the ground “Besides we’re in a world of magic he isn’t as strong or powerful as he would be on earth. Oh it’d still take a lot to hurt him but it’d also take a lot for him to heal.” And that was why she wasn’t worried about letting him live. “That and my on again off again I want to kill you but still love you boyfriend has been trying to kill me for the last three thousand years and he has the same powers as Superman and I’m still alive.” Majestros loved her a lot but that still wouldn’t stop him from killing her if he had the chance.
“Oh and I am a lot more crazier than you I just hide it better.” She kicked Superman in the head knocking him out before walking off. She also knew people if Superman did decide to come after them he’d want to be hands on not just zap zap or dropping something on top of them. She turned the corner coming face to face with a lot of amazons “I was starting to wonder if you guys got scared and ran away.” She smirked before looking at Typhoid. “How many do you want?” she asked in her way of being nice.

Nemesis was an empath? That little fact stopped Typhoid in her tracks. Here she was just thinking things and emotions left and right, not realising that the woman was probably getting a shit ton of insanity just thrown at her. And yet, here she was. Not running away or screaming. But then again, Typhoid probably seemed pretty much normal if you compared her to Mary and Bloody. That would definitely be something to talk about later on.
She listened to the reasoning behind keeping Supes alive, and Typhoid couldn't exactly find anything wrong with it. Yeah sure, the whole 'watch as I kill your girlfriend' thing ran the risk of it coming back to bite them in the ass, but hey, hopefully he'd go after Nemesis first and end up with his head ripped off. As for the magic deal, she'd have to take her word for it. The only weakness Typhoid knew about was the kryptonite, which was in short supply on Asgard. And regarding the killer boyfriend... yeah, she was starting to think that Nemesis was just a bit more crazy than she was. Didn't immortals tend to lose their mind after a while? And holy crap, the woman was a mind-reader. Crazier, but able to hide it better? Pfft. Typhoid rolled her eyes at that. Mary had personalities that came and went as they were needed, so Typhoid doubted that Nemesis was the crazier of the two.
Typhoid's mood improved greatly as soon as they ran into the group of Amazons. But instead of replying to her partner, the brunette just unsheathed both of her machetes and dove into the fray. "You can have whichever ones that manage to keep away from me!" she laughed as she hacked away. Typhoid's fighting style was more than a little odd. Rather than standing her ground, she preferred to use her telekinesis to propel her off of walls and people, ricocheting back and forth amongst her enemies and not wanting them to get much of a foothold. Setting their clothes and surroundings on fire also seemed to help add to the confusion. It wasn't that she enjoyed the bloodshed... well, she did, but she didn't live for it. Typhoid just loved the action and the chaos of the battle.

Nemesis did feel it all but she didn’t let it get to her if she did she wouldn’t be here now she’d probably would have killed herself a long time ago. She learned to ignore it like unless it was pointed towards her then she’ll have to do something otherwise she wasn’t bothering.
Nemesis laughed before jumping into the group taking off running and slicing as she went. She was only looking for one person. She skidded to a stop when she felt someone nearby sort of it was really confusing. Part of it felt like Diana but also not it was making it hard for her to keep track of. This wasn’t good “Fuck!” the princess roped her then pulled her off her feet. Keeping her hold on her sword she let the woman drag her along the ground pulling her in closer. As she got closer everything became clear now “Well there’s a plot twist I didn’t see coming.” she said behind her.
Diana pulled Nemesis to her feet “I’m going to crush your arms and legs before I eat you!” She wrapped her arms around Nemesis’s waist and began to squeeze her. “All you Daemonites have a one track mind. Taking over bodies and eating people.” She said as she came up with a really painful idea. She took a deep breath letting it out slowly before she flipped her sword around then drove it into her own body under her left breast out her back and into the princess catching her by surprise causing her to let go. Not wasting a second she pulled the sword out spun around and decapitated Diana. Her body at least the woman was long gone after the Daemonite had taken over. Nemesis picked up the golden lasso deciding to keep it for the time being.

Unfortunately, when Diana grabbed Nemesis, that meant that all the remaining Amazons laid their attention on Typhoid as she waded further into the group. It didn't start as a noticeable difference but gradually, they learned her tactics and began to slowly overwhelm her. Some became intentional targets and baits, allowing others the chance to attack from behind. It also didn't help that they tried to hamstring the brunette. You can't jump around when you can't stand on your legs very well. They didn't quite succeed but fuck, the arrow that pierced the back of her right calf sent a sudden and brief flash of nausea and fear through Typhoid.
Rather than fight it and suppress the urge, she knew that this fight was becoming deadly, so the reckless and chaotic personality that was Typhoid Mary mentally stepped aside, allowing Bloody a chance at everything.
Her motions were no longer flashy and distracting. They became swift and precise, with a mortal wound landing on every opponent stupid enough to stay close. The Amazons soon realised that one, their target was not the same person they had thought she was and two, their leader's head had just been knocked cleanly from her shoulders. Rather than rage further war, the remaining survivors gathered their wounded and quickly retreated. Bloody didn't follow.
Instead she turned and looked at her partner, the woman Nemesis. She studied her for a few moments, as if seeing her with new eyes and evaluating her for the first time, which was true for the most part. Removing the arrow from her own calf and bandaging it quickly with cloth from a dead Amazon's cloak, Bloody limped over to Nemesis and examined her wound. "Sit," she said, reaching into a jacket pocket and pulling out a small portable medical kit. It wasn't something that was used often, but it sometimes came in handy when either Typhoid or Bloody were too far from home. "Sit!" she ordered again, sending the mental compulsion to obey as well as putting her hands on Nemesis' shoulders to physically push her down. She wasn't about to have to woman be stupid and pass out from blood loss. Although it would likely make the stitching easier.
Cutting away the fabric from the wounds, Bloody cleaned them as best she could before sewing them shut with precise and neat little stitches. Did she have medical training? No, just attention to detail. Bandaging them up depleted practically everything from her medkit, but it did the job. "Now what?" she asked, looking from Nemesis to the dead Amazons and princess.

Nemesis sighed apparently this was going to be ignored so she sat down. Thankfully her suit can repair itself in time. “It doesn’t have to be anything fancy it’ll be closed up within an hour.” Bloody’s little mental trick didn’t do any good on Nemesis telepaths had a hard time messing with Coda warriors besides when your whole race has psychic powers you're bound to build some type of block up. Nemesis tensed up when Bloody had touched her skin it wasn’t because she was in pain from the stitches but she had be so lost in thought with what had happened to Diana she didn’t get a chance to tell her partner in crime not to touch her.
A short time later she opened her eyes again after pushing everything to the back of her brain. “We get out of here and disappear for awhile the last thing we want is to deal with the All-Mother.” She got to her feet “Which one of you want to go drinking? or crash in one of our houses?” she asked as she finished gathering up the lasso. She was about to leave when Superman showed up again shocked at what he saw “This would have been better if it had really been Diana that I had killed.” this caused the hero to grabbed her by the neck “And this would have been better had you been the real Superman.” she said before stabbing him in the side before slitting his throat when he had let her go. “Come on, I got a lot to tell one of you and a little time to do it all in.” she said before she took off running.

The look Bloody gave Nemesis when she nonchalantly mentioned that she had super-fast healing powers was pure murder. It wasn't like modern medical supplies grew on trees in Asgard. Bloody had practically wasted it all on a pointless act. She had half a mind just to cut the wound back open and let the woman bleed out until the hour or so was up. But then again she would either be lugging the unconscious body around or likely end up exactly like Wonder Woman. Neither was something Bloody liked the thought of doing. "Next time? Tell us what you can and can't do. It saves time," she growled.
Bloody eyed Nemesis warily when she asked about drinking and staying at her house, alluding to the fact that there was more than one Mary in the brunette's head. Not that Bloody cared that she knew. Typhoid got annoyed and little Mary hated it when people found out about her problem, but not Bloody. "Mary doesn't have a place to stay. Not exactly. So your place or drinking is best."
Rather than react when Superman showed up again, or object when he grabbed Nemesis by the throat, Bloody just quietly studied and watched him. She wasn't a fool and knew exactly what he was capable of doing. However, seeing him killed like that did surprise the woman. It was an odd thing to get used to; there being a sword sharp enough to slice a man who shrugged off bullets like they were raindrops.
Gathering up what little she had, Bloody quickly followed her partner away from the scene of the slaughter. "Talk to who you like. Typhoid would be best. I'll still hear the information, but she would care more and the little virgin would be too scared," Bloody commented as they ran. When they reached their destination, it took a few moments, but Typhoid found herself blinking and feeling more sore than she remembered. "Oh, hey, looks like we survived after all. And you got yourself a souvenir," she said, pointing to the golden lasso.

“You never gave me the chance to explain anything.” It was true before she could say she didn’t need the first aid Bloody was telling her to sit. If she had been given a chance she would have told her to save it and use it on herself. “Relax it’s not hard to refill what was used on me. Believe it or not people did survive without modern medical supplies.” You just have to know what to use which she did.
“Got it.” Nemesis said making her way to her home once more. Deciding it was best to take the back way normally she would have taken to the roof tops to make it easier to get away without anyone seeing her. But she had a feeling the other woman wouldn’t be able to keep up with her that way. So she stayed on the ground making sure their tracks were gone before they had taken off.
“I’ll do that then.” She said as they ran at the moment she did like Typhoid more mainly because they probably wouldn’t get into a fight like she probably would with Bloody over simple things. “Yeah we did and I’ll take care of your leg if you want. It turned out to be more disappointing then I thought it would be.” She opened the door letting Typhoid in. “Which also means we could have a problem.” Not so much the two of them as everyone there because she didn't know what was going on anymore.

Bloody could have argued with the woman, saying that she was the one who either didn't act fast enough to warn her or tell her what she could do in the first place. Hell, for all Bloody knew, Nemesis could have been exactly like Superman but with a sword. Either way, it didn't matter. What was done was done. As far as surviving without the modern medical supplies, it all honestly depended on how you wanted to survive and what medical supplies you needed. But then again, Bloody didn't need or want straightjackets and medical suppressants, so she supposed that she shouldn't argue.
Actually, despite what Nemesis thought, both Typhoid and Bloody could have kept up with her running across the rooftops; it was how she and Daredevil or Spider-Man would play tag so often in NYC. But perhaps a small part of her was grateful for small blessings, since as she ran, her calf did ache and burn, hindering her movements ever so slightly and ruining her concentration. Having that pain happen while jumping between buildings forty or more feet in the air was not a good thing.
"I would love it if you took a look at my leg," Typhoid answered. "The less Mary needs to worry about, the happier we'll all be." That said, she removed her boots upon entering. That was done out of ease of comfort and politeness. Just because Typhoid was a crazy person for hire that didn't mean she didn't have manners. Of course she only used them around people she liked. So Nemesis was in for a rare treat.
"What sort of disappointment and why is it a problem?" And why the hell couldn't her life be easy, if only for a few months? Rather than run the risk of getting blood all over her couch, Typhoid took a seat at the kitchen table, propping her injured leg on another chair.

Nemesis set her things down before pulling up a chair to sit in front of Typhoid before grabbing a number of things she might need. Taking a seat she undid the makeshift bandage around the other woman’s calf. She cleaned it before she started stitching it up. When she had finished that she took a bowl full of what looked like a light blue past she spread some of it over the stitching. “It’ll help speed up the healing and keep it from getting infected.” she said as she wrapped a bandage around her leg. Alien plants were helpful from time to time even though it wasn’t easy to grow them.
“Both Superman and Wonder Woman were already dead some point before we got to them. Their bodies however were being used by an race called Daemonites. The problem is we don’t know who's been taken over and who’s still normal. Only two ways to know if someone is to have anyone from the Kherubim race Daemonite and Kherubim have been at war here on earth for longer then there’s been humans. The other way is to find Voodoo she can see the truth in everything meaning she could see who’s a Daemonite and I have no idea if she’s even alive or here.” She knew Typhoid wasn’t one or she would have tried and killed her by now and she hasn’t. "I don't expect you to help in dealing with them but you should be careful with who you tell what to they may not be who they once were." she said before she started cutting her stitches out before her suit could close up and managed to do the ones in her back as well. Not that hard to learn how to do such things when your alone all the time.
"If you want you can stay in the spare bedroom. For however long you want. Just don't go poking around in my room you'll be electrocuted or blown up." Some of the things she has in her room are boobie trapped. Mostly hidden safes that held her weapons. She didn't have anything else of value. She wasn't paranoid she just didn't want anyone getting a hold of her swords.

Typhoid was quiet and cooperative as Nemesis tended to her injury, not even flinching as the stitches were put in. As for the light blue goo she slathered on afterwards, the brunette just shrugged. "You don't need to explain things to me. I trust you. Which, if you're wondering, is a rare thing for me to say." Trust was an odd thing for any of the three women inside Mary Walker. Bloody only thought in terms of usefulness and protectiveness, Typhoid actually tended to think on and weigh every option before deciding if she could trust said person, and Mary? All the person had to say was that they were nice and, nine times out of ten, she believed them.
"Great, so this is a case of invasion of the body-snatchers?" she asked after hearing the explanation. "Is it only dead things they can take over or can they do live people as well?" She was not planning on being taken so easily by some damn alien race. Plus, who knew, maybe her little personality problem would keep her safe. "You've seen how we fight. Yeah, it ain't exactly polished and precise most of the time, but hell, I held my own against those Amazons. I'll help you as much as I can for as long as I can." It's not like she had anything better to do in Asgard. It also meant she'd get a roof over her head for the foreseeable future.
"I don't snoop. None of us do. Trust me, privacy is a thing we can all appreciate, Nemesis. And I'll try to keep the in-fighting down to a minimum." They were like sisters, the three of them. And like sisters, they didn't always get along. But then if they did, life would get boring.

“Give it time you won't trust me. Everyone ends up hating me for one reason or another.” Nemesis didn’t play the game like everyone else did. There were lines superheroes didn’t cross, Nemesis however did all the time. Everything she ever did was for the greater good even if it meant having everyone wanting her dead or behind bars.
Nemesis chuckled “Not really. But I think it’s story time.” She said before she began her little story. “Many thousands of years ago two races were at war with each other. The Kherubim and the Daemonites. One of the flagships of the Kherubim was chasing the dreadnought of the Daemonites both ships ended up crashing onto a young earth. Unable to leave this world they two races kept fighting with one another. Eventually the young race of this world began breeding with the Kherubim and their offspring began to look like the Kherubim. Daemonites started taking over the bodies of these offspring over the years they too began to breed with the offspring. Cut to thousands of years later all earthlings had the DNA of both.” That was the end of the little story hopefully it was helpful “Even now most of those Kherubim and Daemonites still walk this world living among the human’s. It’s just really hard to figure out who’s who.”
“Good but be prepared to bug out at any point. Because I’m sure at some point this place will get blown up. Like all my other homes.” She had the place rigged to blow should it come to that.

"And what, you think people just love and adore me all the time? Hell, not even Mary trusts me. She once put a hit out on herself just so she could get rid of us. Granted, no clue why she'd do that as it'd end the same way for her to, but..." Typhoid just shrugged. They all had issues and if Nemesis believed that she was going to be betrayed, there wasn't much she could do besides not betray her. And that was pretty much Typhoid's intentions. If Nemesis didn't fuck with her, they'd be fine.
Typhoid listened quietly to the woman's story and, Mary having been a good little Christian girl, she knew her Bible fairly well. Kherubim and Daemonites. Cherubs and Demons. Fallen angels and breeding with the women of earth to produce the Nephilim. Great. This is why the brunette wish things stayed as allegories in religious books, not actually history that had been tweaked with time. "So I'm part alien then? Should that explain why I do mental power things and can start fires without a match or is that some other reason entirely?" Not that it really mattered to her at all. She wasn't a scientist that cared to explain away X, Y, and Z. More often than not, she has just gone with the flow of things, playing all the crazy-ass weird shit that would make most people curl up and cry with a smile and a laugh. "I should hang out with you more often. I'll learn new things faster that way."
Typhoid did cock an eyebrow at the mention of explosives. "All the stuff I got with me, I'm carrying. Yeah I got a few stashes around Asgard, but everything important I tend not to leave behind. I'll be ready to bug out at a drop of a hat," she admitted.
