Circe saw the look on Zarda's face and recognized it easily. "You can go join her, if you like. I know how you love to beat people up, and likely how disappointed you are that Aphrodite wasn't yours to finish. So go on, I'll wait here," she told her. Yes, she was a little worried for her wife, wanting to make sure she was back to full strength before doing anything.... death related, but Circe also knew that if she coddled her too much, Zarda would eventually get pissed off an moody. "I really don't care about Diana. If she's dead, she's dead, and if she decides to come after us for what's been done to her gods, I doubt she'll last long against Kaileena." It was the truth. Honestly, Circe hadn't thought about the Amazon princess since they got here, nor did she care to.
That wasn't quite the response she was expecting from Melina. "Excuse me? Fifty million questions?" she asked, but the girl was on her dragon and gone. She either didn't hear her or she didn't want to hear her, Circe wasn't sure which. Powerful child or not, the goddess was not about to take this sort of treatment from a girl with a dragon who dressed like some version of a man's fantasy sorceress. Melina and her would likely have a long discussion when she got back.
"You are wise as ever, All-Mother. You're right, Zeus would likely have taken this change in leadership as an opportunity to change the way things are. Now we will have more allies to help us if that need should arise," Amora said, bowing a little. "In all honesty, All-Mother, I do not. Viper is stubborn and smart. Unless Melina finds her at death's door, the woman will remain as she ever was. At the very most, she will only change long enough to gain trust. If we could ensure her loyalty through some means, be it magical or something else, it might be different, but she is a serpent."

“Are you kidding? After what just happened. I’m not taking any chances of ending up like the others.” As much as she wanted to end the gods she didn’t want to lose herself to her future daughter. And yes she knew if she were to run off and join in the battle Circe would worry nonstop so she decided to leave Kaileena to it. Even though she didn’t get to kill the goddess of love she was just happy the blonde idiot was dead and not coming back anytime soon. That was good enough for her for the time being.
“You do kind of have a habit of asking a lot of questions at times that it does kind of annoy people.” Zarda said after Melina had left on her dragon to go and fish Viper out of the freezer. A portal opened up and out walked Kaileena covered in blood dirt and most likely other things you don’t want to know. “Circe use your powers to get that collar from Kaileena and put it on her.” Zarda whispered to her after noticing the girl looked dead on her feet but her powers kept her going. It was like turbo powering a turbo powered engine it’ll burn out fast.
“Allies are always better than enemies plus I rather not know what Zeus would want to add to those changes.” She looked over at the portal as it reopened returning the child here. Once she saw that it was her and not Zeus or one of the other gods she looked back to Amora. Aldrif set her jaw when hearing what Viper will most likely do. “And she’ll most likely try something gather others try to get me off the throne and her on it. Or she’ll try creating a new HYDRA group here. She'll have to be watched when she get's back if she's still alive.”

Circe smirked a little a what Zarda, happy that she was showing a bit of forethought for a change. Perhaps her... having a momentary change in living status had opened her eyes to the fact that no, not everyone was invulnerable to everything. Not her and not Superman. Circe was glad of the change. Perhaps Zarda would be a little more prudent in the future, even if only for a little while.
As for the discussion about her asking questions, Circe gave her wife a momentary glare and frown. "So, I should go back to how it was when we first met? Using my magic to just innately know everything about everyone?" The goddess could actually do that and had done such a thing when she was first with Zarda. However, she quickly learned why it was such a bad idea, as surprises tended to be quickly ruined by such abilities. Circe had stopped with that magic, but clearly trying to compensate, she began asking questions. It seemed she could never find a happy medium with such things.
Zarda's whisper brought Circe out of her thought process, and she did as ordered. Not a second after the silver choker was around Kaileena's neck, Circe was by her side, ready to catch her if she fell. She also had in her hand a warm, wet cloth which she used to gently wipe the girl's face clean. Everyone would likely assume the actions were the result of her motherly instincts taking over, but Circe was familiar with the effects of a magical overload. Alien ability or not, she would treat it the same. Besides, the girl looked like she could use a bit of comfort. "It's all right. You can rest now. You've done a wonderful job of clearing out Olympus."
"She will be watched closely, All-Mother. I can assure you of that. And I doubt it will be easy for her to create a new HYDRA here on Asgard. Your display against Odin likely made others fearful of standing against you. But if you are that wary, the offer to make her magically comply still stands." Amora was not about to lose what she had with this new empire, especially not sue to some damn mortal who had obedience problems. If need be, she would handle Viper herself.

Zarda rolled her eyes “How about you work on not bombarding people with questions when their trying to do something? There are people who don’t want you to know every little detail of their lives.” she found it annoying when Circe decide just to throw out peoples privacy just so she could know everything about everyone. People had secrets for a reason and that reason wasn’t for Circe to do whatever she needed to find them out.
Kaileena watched Circe put the choker on her not trying to stop her and just like that she was cut off from her powers and her body just gave out on her she was drained from the battle. Zarda watched Circe tend to the girl until she had a thought. “Who’s going to replace the gods now that they're all dead?” All that power had to go somewhere because she doubted it’d just disappeared.
“Keep an eye on her and do it if it’s needed.” Aldrif said before turning to the others. “We’ll need replacement gods to fill the places of the dead ones.” with that she summoned the table that held Mjolnir “We also need a new thunder god.” she looked over at Amora “If you can lift it it’s yours.” she had no idea what had happened to her idiot of a brother but no one has seen him for weeks.

Amora stared at Mjolnir and then at Aldrif. Was the woman serious? Was she really asking her to wield the hammer? This wasn’t possible. Thor could not be dead. He couldn’t have been defeated by those metal beasts, since he had faced them time and again and survived every single encounter. Yet, here was his hammer, laying there on the table as if it had no owner. Amora’s heart caught in her throat. In truth, she had been tempted by his power, though Karnilla had said it was nothing compared to magic. But there had always been the temptation. Of the few times they had shared a bed, Amora had idly touched Mjolnir while Thor slept, just to see if she could get a sense of the power without its owner. It had proved a fruitless endeavor; the metal was cold and solid, showing no pulse of life, and the handle was no more than a grip. She had never dared to move it, afraid to appear the fool as all others did when challenge to lift its weight. But, this was hardly just a simple party game. Aldrif herself wanted a vessel for Thor’s power and the enchantress was more afraid of outright refusing her rather than failing.
Swallowing hard, the enchantress approached the hammer, sensing not an ounce of magic from the weapon. That alone made her feel less than optimistic. She reached out and gripped the leather wrapped shaft, devoid of life and power. Centering herself, she pulled on Mjolnir. For a moment, nothing happened. But then a shock snapped through the woman, something akin to the sensation of static electricity, leaving an odd energy coursing through her body. And Mjolnir was lifted, as if it was the most natural thing in the world.
Then the lightning struck.
Amora had been the target of Thor’s lighting before. Cold, sharp blasts that had teeth, striking without mercy. But this was different. Yes, it was still a cold shock, but more refreshing than harmful, invigorating her body as the magic took hold and changed her. As the blinding flash of light faded, Amora stood there, still the same, but also entirely different. Though her body was still feminine and curved, she had gained muscle, giving her the look similar to Sif, Brunnhilde, or any of the other Valkyries. She was wearing armor; silver enameled with gold and emerald detailing. It wasn’t much, limiting itself to pauldrons, bracers, a war belt, gorget, and a helm. The rest of her attire was cloth and leather. Dear gods, she had never worn so much dead cow in her life. But it was soft and buttery, designed to move easily with her while still giving some protection. Knee high boots, a leather war skirt and bodice completed the ensemble, all in black that was edged in shades of deep green. Her hair was pulled back and braided. The helm, if one could call it that, mirrored Aldrif own design; silver wings filigreed with gold set upon a circlet around her head. The cape was one of the few things that still remained the same, though it was a deeper, garnet red rather than Thor's brilliant scarlet.
Amora felt power, more than she had felt in centuries. She looked up and, though the ceiling stood in the way, she could feel the distant storm clouds and the lightning they held. She could call it and it would listen. But she could attend to and experiment with these powers later. Now was not the time. Blinking, Amora, looked back at Aldrif. “Satisfied, All-Mother? You have your thunder god back.”

Circe kept her mouth shut and looked ashamed as Zarda told her the truth, and it was a truth she hated to hear. Gods knew things, or rather, gods with magic knew things. It was a fact. It was also a fact that was a sore point with Zarda. The woman had her secrets and, rather than sharing them, she preferred to keep them hidden. The more Circe would pry, the more standoffish Zarda would become, culminating in her leaving in a fury if pushed too far. Her absence would often last all day, sometimes two. In the worst of fights, Circe would have multiple nights of sleeping alone. She would never follow Zarda due to the fact that the dark haired warrior would simply fly out into space, an environment where Circe could not go. So, she would wait.
“I’m sorry,” she told her softly. “I won’t…. I won’t do it again.” It was a hard habit to break as Circe was used to getting her way. But she would do better she told herself as she moved to sit Kaileena on the ground, conjuring up a few pillows for her to lay on. “We will need to work quickly if we are going to find new gods to take the old ones places. Powers like that will linger for a while, but they will degrade. And if Kaileena absorbed them as she killed…” She didn’t want to think on that if it were the case. She already had abilities, or at least the weapons, from her timeline’s gods, and Circe was not too keen on seeing what the girl’s limit actually was. “Who would you like to take their places?” she asked Aldrif. The goddess was not entirely a fool, having a feeling that there were other reasons for them being called here.
Natasha, meanwhile, was still hanging back, not wanting to leave if she was needed, but also playing the part of a good little spy and observing rather than interfering. She sat, back against the wall, watching the interactions and learning all that she could. The little purple haired girl, Circe’s daughter, came over and sat beside her, her fears having been waylaid by her mother. Though she didn’t speak, the child watched Natasha closely, as if trying to figure her out. Perhaps she had never seen that many ‘normal’ human beings before. It must be a rare treat for her. Natasha just hope that the girl wasn’t too much like her mother and wouldn’t turn her into a pet.
The light show that accompanied Amora gaining the power of Thor was impressive, almost as impressive as the shock of her actually being able to lift Mjolnir. Natasha hadn’t actually expected it to happen. This day, hell, these past few weeks were full of unexpected surprises.

Aldrif watched Amora pick up the hammer and gained the powers of Thor. “Yes I am.” she said although it was hard to tell if she was happy or not over the whole thing. One thing she noticed about Amora’s costume it looked like she had a thing for leather as she had a lot of it all over her suit.
She looked over at Circe when she asked who should replace the old gods she used her powers to summer a number of other people including Wolverine, Shanna O'Hara, Bobbi Morse, James Rogers, Black Widow and maybe one other one. “Them including your family.” She had been keeping an eye on these people since they got here and they would make useful replacement gods.
“Okay.” Zarda said before Circe spoke up about the powers would been to be given to new people before they went bad or something like that. Then Aldrif summoned people that would be good replacements. “I call dibs on Poseidon’s powers.” she said because she didn’t want Hera’s powers because that was pretty crappy. The other's looked around wondering what was going on and why they were here. "You all been picked to be replacement Greek Gods."

Was Amora happy to claim the power of Thor? Yes. She was relieved that Mjolnir had found her worthy. Maybe it was a sign that she could be forgiven for past transgressions, no matter how severe. But it was true that she was not showing her happiness well. A soft smile formed on her lips as she gripped her hammer, idly caressing its lines and craftsmanship. She couldn't wait to see the look on Sif's face.
Circe arched an eyebrow upon hearing Aldrif's answer. Either she was very brave, or she knew something that Circe didn't. Neither she nor Zarda were what you would call trusted companions, but then again, the goddess did have some semblance of a moral code. So long as Aldrif would play things fairly, Circe would abide by the rules. Barely had the All-Mother given her answer when Zarda spoke up, claiming Poseidon's powers for herself. That was unexpected, at least to Circe. "I'm surprised you chose him when there are others that would seem more suited to your tastes." Honestly, she had thought Zarda would choose Ares or perhaps Zeus himself, but if that wasn't to be the case... "I'll take the other thunder god then. I want Zeus' power. It only seems fitting, given whose child sent him to the Underworld."
Upon seeing Bobbi appear out of the blue, Natasha quickly rocked to her feet. She was not a fan of how easily Aldrif brought her and the other to the throne room. Even though she was a god and could do as she pleased, Natasha hoped the teleportation was a one time thing. Not saying a word, the redhead quietly slipped over to Bobbi's side, wanting to make sure she was all right, as well as filling her in better than Aldrif's brief explanation could. Maybe this was a good thing. At the very most, depending on who they chose, if they decided to choose, Bobbi could probably regain her eye.
Midori, meanwhile, was a bit surprised to be in the Asgardian throne room. The timing couldn't have been more precise. Had it been a minute later, the other guests would have found her nude rather than in a robe. She listened quietly and intently to the ongoing dialogue as her fingers interlaced with James'. "What do you think of this? Of Aldrif's offer?" she asked him softly. They both knew the All-Mother, and though she tended to be truthful in her words, it still felt right for Midori to be wary.

Kaileena heard what Aldrif was talking about after a moment she forced herself to her feet even though her body protested. She summoned a number of small orbs each one had the symbol of Greek god. Not saying anything to anyone she reached out grabbing a hold of the one that had Hades symbol on it she cracked it opened instead of gaining his powers Death appeared in front of her instead.
“You wish to become an avatar?” the robed figure asked “Yes a true avatar not whatever Ares had done.” Kai said before grabbing ahold of a guard near her to keep herself upright. “I’m dying aren’t I?” “It tends to happen when the living are near me immortal or not.” Kai chuckled at the answer knowing she was seconds away from dying just by being near Death.
“What are you waiting for? I accept whatever you want in return for becoming your avatar.” Death stood there staring at the woman before her for what seemed like hours but was only minutes “Very well. But first you must die.” a bony hand reached out a finger touched Kaileena on the forehead the young woman fell to the ground dead. “First there must be death and rebirth!” with that Kaileena’s body was consumed in a blaze of blackfire. The black flames let out screams of pain that would chill anyone to the bone.
They suddenly died down leaving in their place the new avatar of Death. A woman with skin, hair, and eyes as white as the snow the only color was the blood red lips. She wore a black bikini with matching thigh high boots, fingerless opera gloves and a cape that was black on the outside and as red as her lips on the inside. She stood looking around the room at the people there with an impassive look on her face. “Lady Death….I’ll be watching you don't disappoint me.” Death said before disappearing.

Shanna listened to what Aldrif had said as well as Natasha she did after all have senses as good as Wolverine’s plus she did learn how to tone down her babbling. Logan was probably thrilled about that but she wouldn’t ask him about it. Instead she looked at the orbs with the symbols on them before looking over at Kaileena who cracked one open and out came Death well that was something to see until she realized she was to close to Death “Oh crap…” she managed to get out before dying again. Logan caught her before she could hit the ground and pulled her away from Death. “Any time now would be nice.” he said just before she let out a gasp returning to life again. That was probably a shock to everyone no one other than Logan and Cho knew she could come back to life and neither of them had told anyone if Cho was still alive that is.
Zarda just kind of shrugged "I like getting wet and wild." she smirked at Circe when she had thought Zarda would take Ares or Zeus' powers for herself. Death had looked her way before leaving that suddenly made Zarda remember something this caused her face to turn shock. She had a thing with Death after she had died. She snapped out of it as the memories came back to her that was something she wasn't ever going to tell Circe about.
Bobbi just kind of stood there she wasn’t fully awake yet thankfully she did put clothes on before she was teleported. As Natasha liked to call it she was in zombie mode. She was trying to wake up so she could figure out what was going on when Natasha appeared by her side and began explaining to her what was going. After learning the story behind it she wondered about two things one why her? and two what god was she going to be replacing or whatever. It didn’t sound so bad at least it’d kind of be safer then Natasha being a spy again.
Aldrif really knew how to kill the mood really fast and thankfully James still had his boxers on he really didn’t want to be naked in front of everyone. “It does sound better then whatever jobs we were going to have to get here.” he replied just before the light show with Death happened and suddenly he felt like running and hiding from those screams that came from the black fire he managed to look at the others they all seemed to feel the same way. When the fire died down James couldn’t help but stare not so much as in the way as ooooooh she’s sexy but more like oooooh what the fuck just happened? granted she was a hot albino but still he didn’t really understand what had just happened.

Circe watched as Kaileena staggered to her feet, summoned the orbs, and immediately grabbed the one designated for Hades. She thought that perhaps it had been a mistake on the girl’s fault, and began to speak up when Death appeared. That was something not to be expected. The goddess quietly stood, and retreated a respectful distance back towards Zarda. She then made an active choice of not looking at Kaileena’s speaking companion. Not ignoring , but just willfully acknowledging that she should not give Death any notice, least she draw unwanted attention. It was the polite thing to do when confronted by a cosmic being that could end your existence with a thought. Just before Kaileena collapsed, Circe teleported Lyta back into her arms, holding her close. She was not about to let her run to her sister’s aid.
Eyes closed, she tried not to listen to the screaming flames or sense anything going on via magic. Lyta likewise squeezed her eyes shut and buried her face into her mother's hair, not wanting to be here anymore. It wasn’t until Death’s voice faded away that Circe looked at what became of the girl. No emotions showed on the goddess's face, though there was a slight sigh that escaped her lips. What emotion it conveyed, not even Circe was sure of. Disappointment? Sadness? Mild anger at how quickly Kaileena acted? Perhaps all the above.
"Oh, I know you like getting wet and wild, darling. I just wasn't expecting that pick," she replied, looking over at her wife just in time to see the look of shock on her face. Well, that was interesting. Circe was more than a little curious at that reaction, but now wasn't really the time to ask about such things. Instead, she gently handed Lyta over to Zarda and grabbed the orb containing Zeus' power.
It cracked open easily and power flooded the room. Lightning crackled and spider-webbed all over Circe's body, shocking her and causing her to cry out as the bolts sunk themselves into her skin. Soon she was covered entirely, looking like more of a being comprised of electricity than of flesh as she rode the lightning, the strikes becoming more intense as the minutes passed. But gradually, like a summer storm, the effect faded, leaving the goddess laying there on the floor, a sated look on her face that Zarda would be all to familiar with. She then blinked and slowly sat up, looking rather pleased at her wife. "That was incredible..." she purred, a few sparks playing at her fingertips.
Lyta watched it all, confused and worried for her mother. As soon as it was other with, the little goddess squirmed out of her daddy's grasp and embraced Circe. "Mommy's fine, my little star. Mommy's fine," she reassured her.

Bobbi watched everything going on from the girl to Circe she then looked at the orbs that were floating in the air in front of them. So all they had to do was grab one and crack it open? Sounded easy enough. Bobbi reached out and grabbed the one in front of her she looked at the symbol turned out to belong to Aphrodite. Why not? She cracked it open and was bathed in a blinding golden light that covered her completely. Everyone suddenly looked at the light when the noise of what sounded pornographic coming from the light before it faded away to show Bobbi was now mostly naked save for the light blue sarong around her hips. Any and all scars that were on her body had disappeared including the scars on her face her eye had also been returned.
James looked over at Circe then at Bobbi and raised both eyebrows at what she was wearing or lack there of. Snapping out of it he grabbed one of the orbs not really looking to see who it belonged to and cracked it open. He was soon covered in a similar golden light like Bobbi had been only without the sounds. When the light died he did however had a pair of black wings a white quiver and a bow in his hand. Nothing else meaning he was naked but didn't really seemed bothered by that. But the wings were something to get use to.

And here she thought that Bobbi would be reluctant to let anyone else screw with her body or other parts of her, but clearly Natasha had thought wrong. The light was blinding and the sounds that issued from it were... even on their best nights, Natasha doubted she had ever sounded like. She closed her eyes, trying not to think of all that and the fact that Bobbi had chosen Aphrodite for her powers. Why she did that, who knows, especially since there were still a few remaining 'useful' powers left.
All that was forgotten when she opened her eyes and snuck a peak at the results. Natasha's training kept her face blank and impassive, though her gaze did linger in areas that were unclad. She was beautiful and her face was once again unscarred and whole, a fact that the redhead was grateful for. Hearing Circe make a comment about clothing choice, caused her to glance away, breaking whatever spell she was under.
She guessed it was her turn now. Zarda had called dibs on Poseidon, James had claimed Hephaestus, and that left the twins (which she was not to keen about), Ares (which she did not trust herself with), a few goddesses that were powerful but useless in the general sense of the word, and Athena.
She reached out for that orb, but hesitated at the last moment, self-doubt rising up in her head again. Athena was the goddess of strategic war and wisdom. She would be a good fit for Natasha, but she wasn't sure if she could handle it. She didn't know what the effects would be. Wisdom about everything? Would she know everything about the missions she had done in the past, the lives she had ended? Would that wisdom relate to the Red Room and its projects? She had been trying to cut herself off from that part of her life for years, righting the wrongs she had done, owing debts and favors to people who never knew her. Now taking this mantle made her feel like it would reopen or, worse yet, uncover more things she never wanted to know.
At the last moment, Natasha shook her head and stepped away from the orbs. "I'm declining the offer. I'm not meant to be a god." Ninety some years and she still wasn't comfortable in her own skin, so why would she want another identity to add to the mix?

Melina had been off to the side watching everything going on mortals turning into gods and her sister turned into a snowwhite lesbian. Circe looked like she got Zeus’ powers and they had new sex gods or love gods same thing really. She finally decided to move from her little hiding place “Of course you don’t want to be a god who would want to Athena’s boring powers?” she said to Natasha before looking at the remaining orbs before picking one out then tossing it to the redhead. “I think that one might suit you. You guys like to do that stuff as a pastime right?” she said before she grabbed a couple and began to juggle them trying to decide which one to take for herself. Melina snatched one of the orbs out of the air and cracked it open and was covered in sunlight she had taken Apollo's powers. Unlike the others she stayed dressed just not what she had been wearing something more simple but stayed dark in color. She did gain his gold bow and quiver.
Zarda finally decided to claim her powers reaching out she grabbed the orb and broke it open she was hit by a wave of water. When it died down she was left naked save for a crown a trident and a mini Hippocampi wrapped around her free wrist and resting in her hand. “Not so bad.” She said looking down at the little Hippocampi that would grow if put in water.

For as many times as she had seen James nude, one would think she wouldn't have been staring at his.... him. But there she was, looking unashamedly at his body and the obvious lack of clothing. The sounds the Morse woman made during her change might have started the ball rolling and her blood pumping, and likely the young woman could have easily ignored it if she weren't standing next to a completely naked James. A small, soft sound managed to escape her lips.
Tearing her eyes off the new god of 'oh-so-sexy-bed-me-now-thoughts', Midori did the only thing she could at the moment to get her mind off of increasing amount of nudity in the room; she grabbed an orb. Upon opening it, Midori was enveloped in a soft purple light and a swirl of feathers. Once those had faded from view, she was revealed to be wearing a rather short tunic that showed a lot of leg, winged sandals that wrapped around her calves, and a matching winged helm. Her hair, normally dark, was shot through with gold highlights. In her hands she held a simple little staff, though the snakes wrapped around it thought better of their positions and entwined themselves around her forearms. She then smirked at James, giving him a rather mischievious look. "Looks like you're not the only one with wings, pretty bird," she purred, giving him a kiss.
Circe, meanwhile, smirked at the sight of Zarda standing there in nothing but finery. "You're just missing a giant clamshell and you could do the Birth of Venus. Is that a hippocampus wrapped around your arm, or are you just happy to see me?" she asked before giving her a kiss with a little shock to it.
