There was so much pain Clark just wished it would stop. He opened his eyes to look up at his cousin who was sitting on a throne with a smile on her face that wouldn’t look out of place on a shark. She was enjoying tormenting him wanting to break him then remake him into what she wanted him to be and forgetting what the Kents had taught him his whole life. If things kept going this way he surely was going to crack but fate had different plans for the young Kryptonian, a blinding white light filled the room and he disappeared being pulled to another world just before Kara started a new round of torture.
The next thing he knew he was falling it felt like forever and he couldn’t do anything about it. He had no idea how to use his powers and his arms were bound in Kryptonite chains he just went limp and waited until he slammed into the ground. The force of the fall and in his weakened state he passed out. Everyone stopped on their march to the hall to see what had fallen onto Asgard. “Is he dead?” One man asked “Nah, I can see his chest moving we better get him out of that hole and fixed up he looked horrible.” another one said as they went down and pulled him out of the creator “We just have to figure out how to get these green chains off him.” another stated having never seen such a thing before.

Midori barked out a laughed as she walked away. "Hah! You wouldn't do that! The way your parents raised you, you'd save my life even if I was trying to kill you!" she said, looking back over her shoulder. The expression on her face was a complicated one. They had always had this weird love-hate relationship and though she was mad at him, the slap was mostly an act for Viper and Jessica. She wasn't sure how either of them would handle Midori sleeping with the enemy every so often. Perhaps when they manage to get a moment alone, she could apologize and make things up to James.
She listened to Aldrif's rules, making a mental note of everything, though she wasn't entirely sure of what she would be able to do for a job. Not yet, at least. It was just another reason to get on good terms with James again. Hearing Zinda's voice, however, made Midori blanch a little. She was not expecting James' mother to be here, nor his father when she looked back at him. But of course it wasn't them, not exactly. Much too young, just like Viper. Different world. But still... this would make things a bit more interesting. Glancing at Viper, Midori saw that happy little look in her eye, pleased to see Rogers beaten.
When the wave of magic hit her, Midori gasped slightly, her whole body tingling and feeling electrified. She wasn't as tired or sore as she had been moments ago. In fact she felt rather good. If this is what Asgardians were like all the time, she could definitely get used to it. And the thought of being one, when Aldrif mentioned it, that surely piqued her interest, and probably Viper's and Jessica's as well.
As for the man falling from the sky in chains? She saw the S carved into his chest and decided to give the man a wide berth. "Be careful with that one. He might not be friendly. After all, he's probably in chains for a reason," she told the men as she walked on by. The last thing they needed now was a crazed Superman in Asgard.

“I didn’t do anything!” Jessica said to Viper before pulling herself free from the older woman. It was a lie but she wasn’t going to admit it with Aldrif standing there looking like she was going to spear whoever looked at her wrong. “I don’t have matches or a lighter on me how can I set anyone on fire? And I’m pretty sure I’m not the Human Torch.” she replied she probably could set someone on fire with her powers if she really tried but she hadn’t and she wasn’t going to test that out anytime soon. “Maybe you should go ask Johnny about it he loves to burn things.” she suggested hoping all eyes would be on him instead of her and he'd get blamed for it and kicked out.
Aldrif seemed to believe it because she hadn’t said or done anything about it instead she answered questions someone had asked then did something to make her all tingly and strange. She didn’t really know what had just happened because she hadn’t really been paying attention but she did feel really good. She followed behind Midori heading to the hall “Yeah chained up to be tortured from the looks of it.” she had seen it many times and had tortured many people herself she knew what it looked like when she saw it.

“First time for everything!” He replied even though she was probably right that he’d save her no matter what but he wasn’t going to admit it to her. He made his way over to where Steve and Zinda was and noticed the look she was giving him. “She’s the reason why I can’t keep a girlfriend she takes joy in scaring them all off in some way.” Which was true to a point he had tried to date women not related to Viper or any other super villain. Because he wanted to be able to bring her home to meet the parent’s at some point but every woman he dated ended up breaking up with him he couldn’t understand why they broke up with him. It took him a while to realize it was Midori’s doing and she simply stated that he belonged to her and no one else could have him that was when he stopped trying to date anyone.
James watched everything that went on from Zinda asking her questions to noticing the look Viper had on her face when she noticed the state Steve was in. From what Aldrif said Viper couldn’t do a thing to him otherwise she’d be punished. James turned back to the others when the wave of magic washed over him making feel a lot better than what he had been feeling. What really got him thinking was what to do for a job he had a few ideas he just wasn’t sure what to go with and he needed to find a roommate because he doubted Zinda and Steve wanted him around while they tried to get to know each other. Or as Zinda would probably claim help Steve get better. He didn’t really know anyone here other than Midori but she’d probably be sticking to Viper like glue mommy’s little girl and all.

Ratohnhake:ton finished the small meal he had been given and returned the plate to the woman who had given it to him. He then moved over to the group with the large black wolf at his side like an old friend instead of someone he just met. Ratohnhake:ton stood near where Zinda and the others in her group was at but not that close to them. He glanced at Zinda briefly before turning away from her to listen to the redhaired woman who was in charge of this strange world.
They would give him a home that was something he never thought he’d have among the white people. He already had two homes and now it seemed he was going to have another plus a job. Perhaps he could be a hunter that was what he did before he became an assassin. He hunted, trapped and tracked like the best of them. He never went home empty handed always had meat, fur and anything else that might be useful either to himself or the people he was selling to. But who would he live with? That was something he didn't have an answer to give him something to think about for a while. Although he'd rather live on his own in a place he built maybe the woman would let him do that instead of sharing a place with someone he didn't know.

"Crazy stalker type person. Gotcha," Zinda said in response to James' admission. "I'm all too familiar with that sort of thing. I'm sure you know that too, though." After all, how many times had Killer Shark kidnapped her for fun and his own perverted reasons? She couldn't help but shudder at those memories, even if she had enjoyed doing all of it at the time.
When the magic hit her, she barely even noticed it. Hell, maybe she was just so used to the sensation of it all. Later she'd make sure to test her limits out some place safe and out of the way, maybe with Steve. She glanced over at him, hoping for some sort of progress and more change, but she wasn't sure about it. Feeling eyes on her, Zinda looked up and saw.... well, he looked like and Indian, what with the odd getup he was wearing and the wolves by his side. "Hey there, my name's Zinda. What's yours?" she asked, not even thinking he couldn't speaking English. With all the oddness, a common language was almost expected right now.
While no one else seemed entirely interested in the man who fell from the sky, Zinda all but screamed, rushing to his side. "Clark! C'mon big guy, give me a sign you're still with me!" she said, sitting him up and wiping the dirt off his face. He was a bit younger than she was used to, but it sure as hell wasn't Conner she was holding onto. Whoever had had him did a number on him, carving his chest up and... grabbing the chains, she quickly snapped them apart, tossing the remains as far away as she could get them. "Put those damn things in a lead-lined box! Every green piece, do ya hear me? And make it snappy!" Hopefully he hadn't been poisoned too badly. "Earth to Clark, time to wake up, you big lug."

The men that had found him had been too busy trying to figure out what was causing the chains to glow green and if they should touch it then to take him to get help. It wasn’t until a blonde human woman ran over and ripped the chains off the young man tossing them aside ordering them to put them in a lead box. One of them men picked the chain up and walked off with it looking for some place to put it. He didn’t have a lead box but maybe out of sight out of mind would work.
It took a while but Clark finally started to come around he partly opened his eyes to see a blonde woman standing over him. Thinking it was Kara he jumped away from her scooting as far away from her as he could get. That’s when he noticed the other people and that set him off “Get away from me!” He yelled before scrambling to his feet he took off running he stumbled a bit at first but he recovered and ran as fast as his feet could carry him. He had to get away from whatever game Kara was playing on him now.
It couldn't be real no one would come and save him Kara told him that over and over again and that he belonged to her and she was going to enjoy breaking him. So this had to be another one of her games to mess with his head.

Luckily for Zinda Ratohnhake:ton did know English his mother had taught it to him when he was young. “Ratohnhake:ton.” he replied with a simple and straight to the point answer he wasn’t really one for small talk unless it was to learn something useful to him in some way. He did study her trying to figure her out as was she friend or foe? That was something he wasn’t sure about at this point.
Before anything else was said or done she let out a scream before running off towards a man who had fell out of the sky and landed on the ground with great force that should have killed him but some how he survived the fall. But there was something wrong he didn’t seem to know Zinda who seemed to know him and he ran. By the way he acted he was scared of these people. Deciding that he should do something he took off running before he turned into a ghostly eagle and flew after him getting close enough he turned back tackling the shirtless man to the ground pinning him there.

Viper read Jessica's face, knowing the truth from her expression, but not saying a word about it. "My mistake. We are all high strung and tense from travel. Of course you didn't do that to Sif." Not intentionally, at least. It had been an accident, plain and simple. One that was taken care of rather quickly and cleanly, by both Amora and the other blonde woman. There was power here in Asgard, and Viper wanted to be a part of it.
Of course she would listen to and obey Aldrif's words, but there were always ways around them, rules could be bent, seeds could be sown, and Viper always managed to find her way around things. She shuddered as the magic took hold in her body. It was a familiar feeling, one that sank easily into her bones. It was not unlike Chthon's energy, though it was... lighter. Purer, if it could be called that. It was not good and wholesome, but it certainly wasn't from the void. Her thoughts were interrupted when the All-Mother mentioned becoming an Asgardian. Oh yes, she would most definitely take part in that. She would play it smart, be agreeable, find a home, take a job... whatever that may be, but she would not stop there.
When Superman, or rather when Clark, slammed into the ground, Viper held back, gauging reactions. Oh, she knew who he was and what this alien was capable of, and though secret identities seemed almost foolish nowadays, she couldn't help but smile at how lax the Lady Blckhawk was about yelling his name. So sweet, so simple. When a piece of the kryptonite chain flew off wildly, Viper noted were it fell and, in the ensuing chaos of the frightened hero making a run for it, Viper discreetly pocketed the fragment. She then watched in wonder as the loner with the wolf subdued the man rather quickly. He was someone Viper did not recognize. Perhaps he was new. Perhaps he was of a different time and place. His clothes certainly suggested that. He could most certainly be an interesting ally in this new setting. She would make sure to play nice with this... Indian brave.

Luckily for Ratohnhake:ton, Zinda had a memory for odd sounding words. It tended to come in handy when one or more of your teammates were foreign born and tended to slip into their birth languages when frustrated. Plus, how else do you think she learned how to order beer in thirty languages? Yes, she'd probably butcher his name the first or second time she'd use it, but hopefully she'd be able to pick out the subtleties soon enough.
Running over to him and Clark, Zinda made sure she was careful approaching the pinned man, knowing how dangerous he could be. "Thanks, Ratohnke-ton," she said, tongue trying to get around the inflections of his name as she sat in the grass next to the pair. "Clark? Clark, you're safe here, I swear it. I'll swear it on a stack of bibles if you like, or, hell, on the rust bucket of a plane I used to fly during the war. My name's Zinda. I know you're scared and everything, and it probably doesn't help that you got a guy holding you to the ground, but I'm being honest. None of us here are going to hurt you. What can I do to prove it? Tell me and I'll do it." That probably was the smartest of things to say, but Zinda wasn't about to let the strongest man in the universe run around wild and terrified of everything. Who knows what would happen then? The only good thing about this situation was that she was well versed in dealing with traumatized men.

Clark had almost made it to the woods when something had hit him from behind knocking him to the ground. He had tried to get up but whatever was on top of him wouldn’t let him no matter what he tried to do to get the thing off him. After a while he finally gave up trying to get free knowing he was to weak to do anything else. And he couldn’t use the powers he was suppose to have as he had no idea how to use them.
He tried to move away from the woman who sat near him. She wanted to know what she could do to prove that she and everyone else wasn’t going to hurt him. Which made him think for only a moment. “Prove that you aren’t Kara.” He knew she didn’t look like Supergirl but Kara had things to change the way she looked she used it a lot around him to mess with his head. Which meant she could be using it again now on him making him think he was safe when he really wasn’t.

"Proof I'm not Kara? Right..."Zinda thought for a moment how she could do that. Flying and strength were out of the question, because you could easily fake that. The same could be said for any other power she did or didn't have. The only option left was to do something rather stupid and drastic in her own opinion, but then again she was a Blackhawk and things that were stupid and drastic seemed almost second nature to her.
Spying a dagger in Ratohnhake:ton's belt, she quickly pulled it from its sheath. "I promise to be careful with this, okay. I'll make sure it's clean before giving it back to you." The blade was stone, chipped to what looked like a sharp edge. Part of her wished it had been metal, but beggars can't be choosers. Zinda carefully rolled up her sleeve before taking a hesitant, but deep, breath and stabbed the stone knife into her forearm. It took a bit of working, but soon blood ran freely down her skin.
"There. How's that for proof? The Kara I know can't even get scratched from a simple piece of rock, and here I am, sticky with blood. That good enough for you?" she asked before clamping her hand over the wound. She hoped the wound was shallow, but from the way the blood was pumping, she wasn't quite sure about that. At least she could still feel her fingers though. That was a good thing.

Natasha just watched all of the chaos in its entirety and tried her hardest not to facepalm at it all. Sif catching fire was not her biggest concern, as it seemed to be dealt with rather quickly, and by Amora of all people. That in of itself was rather surprising, but then again, so was this whole situation. No, her biggest concern was Aldrif saying that everyone would behave or else face punishment, and then giving them the equivalence to Asgardian strength and stamina. Oh yes, she was just so entirely certain that Viper would behave for the rest of her stay here.
"Would you want me to take the test and become an Asgardian?" she asked Bobbi as they walked towards the feast. She was vaguely familiar with the process, having asked Thor about it in the past, and knew it had something to do with fear. It likely wouldn't be something she'd enjoy, but if the benefits helped in the long run, she would do it.
She cocked an eyebrow as she say the woman who had been walking with Steve all this time take off after the fleeing Clark as she called him. The man was clearly showing signs of torture, yet here she was, talking to him like a friend. "So, who's the girl? I thought you were a gentleman, Steve, and didn't have a girl in every port," Natasha joked as she walked over to her teammate. Her arms went around the big man in the most civil of hugs, but it was easy to tell she was happy to see him. "I'm glad you're okay, Steve. I'm glad you survived." He was barely making it, she could tell, but Natasha would make sure to help him through all of this, no matter what.

When he wanted proof this wasn’t really what he had in mind but he got what he had asked for but now the woman was bleeding a lot. Deciding he shouldn’t let her bleed to death he managed to get up tossing Ratohnhake:ton off his back like he was nothing he got up and ripped the scrap of his shirt that had been hanging on at his waist he used it to wrap around her wrist. It would do for the moment until she could get it looked at. “Where am I?” he finally asked wondering what was going on.
If he was not with Kara anymore he wanted to know who or what had brought him to this strange place that didn’t look at all like earth. In fact it looked a lot better than earth had then again when you had Superwoman terrorizing cities all the time it was kind of hard to keep a place looking nice. When he was done with Zinda he checked on Ratohnhake:ton to make sure he was okay to and hadn’t been hurt when he was tossed off.

Bobbi walked next to Tasha as they headed for the hall to eat keeping an eye on everything that was going on around them. She shook her head at everything that was going on around them and had noticed what Viper did but she wasn’t going to stay anything. Mainly because the kryptonite would kill her just as much as it would Clark over time it’ll poison her. And getting a lead box in Asgard probably wasn’t an easy task either. Guess they’d get rid of her one way or another to bad this way was going to be painful. Sucks to be her don’t it? And if that doesn't get her Aldif would probably will once she's caught with the rock trying to hurt Clark.
Bobbi raised an eyebrow before looking over at Tasha “Why what would be the point in going through all of that trouble?” She asked not really understanding why Tasha would want to do it. They were already going to be living a long time thanks to the super soldier serum running through their blood. She stayed quiet while Tasha talked with Steve who didn’t look to be doing so great that wasn’t shocking no one came out of this normal not when you most likely watched everyone get killed in horribly painful ways.
